"They were very professional, considerate and easy to work with. They did great work and discussed what I wanted in detail. After the project was done, the head guy walked me through the whole house to make sure I was happy. Plus, a 2nd guy came a week later to follow up and make sure I was happy with it all. They took the time to answer my questions. They cleaned up really well afterwards, inside and out. And they were careful not to damage doors, walls, baseboards, etc. I'm super happy with their work and customer service. And I would use them again."

First and foremost, every single person who set foot in my house was incredibly kind. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), and the customer service was truly great from start to finish. Add in how much I liked the people I talked to, and it was an easy decision. I'm so glad I made it. My floors went from 1990s yellow oak to a gorgeous, darker espresso stain. I know that look isn't for everyone, but it was absolutely for me, and it turned out exactly the way I pictured it. They were even able to fix water damage left behind by the previous homeowners. It was so bad I was worried it could never be repaired, but you would never know it was there. Honestly, my floors look brand new.
