"Called them because their google reviews were excellent. My first impression is that they were people talking to people. Not a mindless corporation talking to a customer. This alone is enough to earn my business for life. But…..I had a unique situation and the got better! A family rabbit pried off the floor vent and crawled into the air duct. They came out and removed the flooring, cut a hole in the subfloor and assisted us with the extraction of the rabbit. Way above and beyond what any other company I called. They then returned to repair the subfloor and we picked out a new flooring that was more suitable for a bunny room. The choices were vast. The quality of the materials, the installation, and overall experience was well above 5 stars. Will use again and recommend often!"
