He was also patient with me and my wife as we weighed out our options, while also providing guidance. But I was most impressed with the quality of work his flooring company provided. He installed carpet and vinyl in multiple rooms and ensured baseboards and 1/4 rounds were painted. He took good care of my place during the project as we were not moved in at the time and cleaned up appropriately. Mark was involved the entire time making sure every step was smooth and easy. Mark was easily reached on his phone for any questions or concerns. I tend to be a bit hard to please due to prior experiences but Mark walked us through the entire process. Ambi in the office was also very kind and professional.
