Thoroughly impressed with the job done. We replaced some carpet and sheet vinyl with LVP. Paul was amazing from the first consultation to the end of the job. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent and personable and I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. All the staff were that worked on this job were great the day of installation were great too! I would highly recommend them!

Our engineered hardwood floor was repaired and looks great. We also had Paul and Stacey give us a quote to replace the carpeting in our house and will use them to do this sometime in the future.

The floor looks great unfortunately you left the front door open and one of my cats got out and has not come back. I have lost an amazing life that I will never get back due to your negligence and for that I’m not sure I can forgive. I am not saying anything bad about the work that you do. You did a great job but I feel it’s necessary to point out, the fact that you were negligent and now my cat is gone.

I am so happy with our new floor! Paul showed us a wide range of options to replace our old carpeting & linoleum. We chose the Brockton flooring & now I feel like we’re in a whole new home! It’s absolutely beautiful! The installers did an amazing job! They really paid attention to detail & everything was spotless when they were done! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International & will be telling all of my friends & neighbors to consider them when they’re ready for new flooring!

Paul's guys did a fantastic job on our wrinkled up carpet. Also repaired a small tiny burn in it. Came out unbelievable. I definitely recommend these guys.

Paul and his staff stepped in to help resolve and fix our hardwood floor that had been previously done incorrectly. They were very professional and patient with us, guiding us through a difficult project in a timely manner.
