I got scheduled and ready for a consultation just for them to cancel and refusing to give a valid reason why. Left me on read when I asked why. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer services like this should always be exposed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had Floor Coverings International replace the flooring in the basement of one of our rental properties, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Justin was professional, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The installation was completed on time, the quality of the work was great, and everything was left clean when the job was finished. We really appreciated Justin's attention to detail and would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding customer service.

I highly recommend International Floor Coverings of Aurora. From the initial appointment with Robin to take measurements and discuss my project until the final walkthrough after my new floors were installed, the service was top notch. It’s nice they also bring a stocked van with many samples right to your home. When I narrowed in on a few, they ordered additional samples from the manufacturer free of charge. Robin and Justin are knowledgeable and professional, communicating throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would and kept me updated along the way, answering my many questions. Diego and the rest of the crew were awesome and installed new engineered hardwood in my living room, dining room, kitchen plus 2 sets of stairs and hallways in 2 1/2 days. This included removing old stubborn kitchen tile and 27 yr old carpet. Their attention to detail was great. Justin also shared pictures via online link from start to finish which was nice. There were a couple places that needed a bit of finesse after they finished, but Diego and Justin returned same day and happily took care of it. I’m so happy with the new floors and appreciate the care Robin and Justin have for their company’s clients.

Justin and Robin were so wonderful to work with! Their constant communication was great throughout the entire process, and they were very personable in coming out to our home multiple times throughout the project to ensure everything was going smoothly and answer any questions we had. They were very flexible when unexpected demo came up and really worked on a timeline that was efficient and worked well with our schedules. We highly recommend them for any flooring project in your home!

We are so happy with our experience with Floor Coverings International. The new carpet looks absolutely amazing, and the quality of the work is incredible. The entire staff was extremely professional and easy to work with. What really set them apart was their flexibility; they worked seamlessly with our schedule to ensure everything was finished so we could move in sooner. We recently purchased a new home and wanted the red oak floors to be refinished before move-in. Sections of the house were noticeably mismatched in color. From start to finish, Robin and Justin made the entire process easy and stress-free. Robin took the time to walk us through every step of the project, explain our options, stain choices, and answer any questions. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave us confidence. Once the project was underway, Justin took the lead and was outstanding. Communication was consistent and thorough. He was regularly on-site and kept us updated through texts, emails, and shared photo album, so we always knew exactly where things stood. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We chose an Antique Brown stain, they use Loba for the final application, and couldn't be happier with the results. The floors look beautiful throughout the house. What stood out most was their commitment to quality. The team even offered to hand-stain the bottoms of the railings, which turned out fantastic. During the final walkthrough, Robin and Justin noticed a few minor imperfections themselves and had them corrected without hesitation. Their team works efficiently because they know their craft, but don't sacrifice quality for speed. It's clear they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering a great customer experience. We're thrilled with the finished product and highly recommend their services.
