Searched for a few months to find someone to come install carpet in a room I had just remodeled. First and foremost, I will admit that it is a very awkwardly shaped room, so I wasn’t expecting it to be ultra cheap. However, after getting some cost proposals from your typical carpet install companies (Lowe’s, Home Depot) I was absolutely shocked at their prices and questioned the quality of materials they were proposing to use. A friend of mine had used Justin with Floor Coverings International for their house in early 2025 and had nothing but great things to say. I called Justin directly and spoke to him about my project and he came up a day later to review. We had a formal quote sent to us within an hour of him leaving our house. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We actually ended up receiving much higher quality carpet padding and carpet for a much more reasonable price than the big box stores. Justin made this experience really great. From the first day he came to review the space, till the final installation and final cleanup, the process only took 1 week. Crazy fast how they came together so quickly and got our installation done 4 days before Thanksgiving. Great company, great owner. Have already referred other friends and family to him for their flooring projects.

I couldn’t be happier I chose to use this company. Both Robin and Justin, the owners, were so kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were great communicators and always on time. Having foundation work on my house meant that I needed to have the carpets and padding removed and then put back down at a later date. It looks even better than it did before it came up. They also installed LVP in my second bathroom and helped talk me through the choices of LVP vs tile for that space. I am so thrilled with them both and also with Sergio, who did all the work. He was such a hard worker and did a fabulous job. Would you them all again and recommend them to anyone!

Justin & Robin, with Floor Coverings International were WONDERFUL to work with from start to finish! Robin was willing to spend 2 1/2 hours with me on the initial consultation. It was a lot to digest for me as well as picking the color I wanted. I got Luxury Vinyl Plank since I have 3 dogs. I was told it would take 3-4 days. Well, thanks to the unexpected discovery of NO issues with my sub flooring, (which we all expected issues with due to so much dog pee on the old carpet, they finished in TWO DAYS!! They also did the flooring in the closet downstairs for no extra charge which was wonderfully appreciated. While the wrong color carpet was almost installed, they found one that was twice the price, super pet friendly, and even softer and did not charge extra!! The crew worked efficiently and tirelessly moving all my heavy furniture, small moving bags, lamps and all my other small items. They also put my desk back together so I didn’t need to hire my handyman again. Justin was great by putting the heavy items back for me. He also rehooked up my TV which he managed to kept going so my shows would record!! Not only that, since I am still recovering from a broken femur, he went down into my crawl space to change my furnace filter! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any project you may need!!

10/10 experience, will definitely work with Justin and his team again. Justin worked so quickly, was professional, friendly, and did such a good job. His team was SO FAST. They did my project in one day?! Justin stopped by numerous times to check in on the project, which I've never experienced with any other projects. I am extremely happy with the final product, and the entire experience overall.

Robin and Justin did a phenomenal job on our project! We had our hardwood refinished, and carpet and baseboards installed in our basement. They were professional, communicative, and attentive to make sure our project was done to satisfaction. We’ll definitely use them again!

It took me years of research to finally settle on Floor Coverings International of Aurora to replace my 20+ year old carpet in my living and family rooms. I love working with both Robin and Justin. They were very responsive to my needs and kept me informed up to and thru the day of installation. It took 10 days from my initial meeting with Robin to installation. On the day of installation, they arrived earlier than expected and worked throughout the day to complete both rooms. The two installers paid great attention to detail and the end results are better than I expected! Thank you Robin, Justin and to the installers. You will not be disappointed if you select this company for your next flooring needs.
