Very professional and knowledgeable crew. I had old floors in my house and few places needed re-inforcements and few places needed levelling of floors. The crew and the project manager took care of every aspect of the flooring. The floors look great and i dont feel any odd bounce while walking or jumping on the floors. Very high quality workmanship!

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International getting my carpet installed at my new condo. We used a memory foam carpet cushion for extra comfort which I didnt even know existed. This is the softest best looking carpet I have ever walked on and appreciate the work Floor Coverings International did for our new home. I highly recommend working with them! They have a mobile show room with thousands of samples they bring to you!

We had Floor Coverings International install LVP on our stairs, three bedrooms, and the living room, along with a carpet runner on the stairs. The results are fantastic! Joey, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and attentive, guiding us through the options and ensuring everything met our needs. Chris, the production manager, and his team delivered excellent craftsmanship, especially on the stairs. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service exceeded our expectations. I am rarely so impressed with the team for a house project: I am with FCI. My experience started with Joey, who immediately understood what I needed and what my budget was and what my timeline was. I placed an order. This was the third carpet/flooring company I researched and their quote was fair, honest and accurate. I was then contacted by the office and was kept incredibly informed about the project. The company worked with my schedule. I was the customer!!! I mattered to them!! The installation was completed when they said it would and in the allotted time. It was done perfectly! Kudos to this company. In fact, I liked the experience so much, they are doing another project for me. I only wish that more customer service companies were this professional.

We had the entire house re- carpeted and the ceramic tile in the kitchen and front entrance replaced with Luxury vinyl planks. Chris the installer worked quickly and professionally. He and his crew were very respectful and always in a good mood. He communicated well. Please note the nice curve and transition from the carpet to the LVP. Well done on the installation. We did not want the wooden transition pieces from carpet to LVP. They also kept the area very clean and cleaned up well each day. Chris in the office communicated well also. We are very pleased to work with Floor Coverings International of West Santa Clara County.
