It is rare to find a trade that truely stands out from the rest but FCI is that company. They refinished our 60 year old hardwood floors and we cannot be more pleased. They look absolutely amazing. We have done at least a dozen floors in various houses over the years and the service and quality of FCI was by far the best. From 1st meeting and bid to finished product FCI delivers. Asit was terrific to work with and Sergio and his refinish team were a delight to work with. Stain color was important and they took the time to get it perfect. I highly recommend FCI to anyone interested in quality and great service.

Excellent job. Fast, friendly and professional. Understood my time frame and made it happen when I needed it. When things didn't go exactly as planned they reacted and solved the problem immediately. Very high quality installation. I would definitely recommend using them if you want it done right. The only small thing is that they ask for a review several times by email and text after I agreed to leave one.

We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone needing new flooring. Asit and Jigna, the sales representatives, were knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our flooring and promised us a 5 star job. They were very responsive and came to the house with all of the samples and choices, making the selection process easy. We definitely were pleased with the whole process and Asit, Jigna and Sarah followed through the entire install. The team stayed in constant communication by phone and sent photos when needed. We had a combination of carpeting and vinyl flooring installed in our home. This installation and minor repairs were done to our satisfaction. After carefully considering several options for our flooring needs, we decided on Floor Coverings International, a local business in which the owner himself came out to meet us at our property, took measurements, and discussed the different alternatives available for the space. We found him and his staff to be punctual, detailed-oriented, helpful and quick to respond. We also appreciated their willingness to work with our budget without sacrificing the quality of the materials and workmanship. Their installers were extremely professional and highly skilled. We were so impressed that we hired them again for a second project immediately after they completed the first one. We highly recommend them! 5-stars!

We’re so happy we chose Floor Coverings International of Walnut Creek for our flooring project. Sarah, Asit and and the entire team made the process smooth and professional. Being able to look at flooring samples at home with their mobile showroom made a huge difference and helped us pick the perfect floor for our space. The installation team was great — very respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the small details. The finished floors look beautiful and really upgraded the whole feel of our house. It’s not always easy to find contractors you can trust, but this team delivered exactly what they promised. If you need new floors, we would absolutely recommend them.

Asit, Sarah, and the installer were all really great and helpful. My apartment has wood plank in most of it so I wanted a tile look for the kitchen and bathrooms. Asit came to the apartment, patiently showed me samples, and even came back when I wanted to see them again. Installation went smoothly, thanks to the hardworking crew. Asit even checked everything. The LVT tiles are beautiful. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
