I had an awesome experience with these guys. They showed up with so many unique samples and ideas I’d honestly never seen anywhere else. We picked out the carpet we wanted, and they came right on time and crushed the install. I shopped around a ton, and they were the only ones who had the style I wanted at a solid price. I’d 100% use them again for my next project, their customer service and follow‑up were seriously amazing. They answered all my questions and were super helpful the whole way through.

Working with Asit and Sarah was great. Asit comes to you with samples. No more going to the showroom, checking out samples only to find that they don’t look so great once you get them home and then having to return them and start the process all over. The installation team was punctual, professional and our house and driveway were spotless when they finished with our hardwood floor installation.

There were some flooring issues in a bedroom, so we decided to replace it all. Asit came over to check it out, and we signed the contract that day. The flooring arrived quickly, got deposited in the bedroom to acclimatize for a few days, and then got fitted on a Friday and a tiny bit on Saturday. We're really happy with the whole experience, and the new flooring looks great!

We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International! We did hardwood and carpet and everything looks great. It was a very easy process and Asit, our representative, helped us every step of the way. We took at least a month to pick the material and never once felt rushed. We were also able to keep the samples to try them out in multiple lighting conditions and rooms. I cannot recommend this company enough and Asit in particular. He was great to work with and made sure everything came together on time, on budget, and exactly how we asked for it to be completed.

As other reviews mentioned, Asit came in and was very professional, detailed, and appeared genuine, however, we were sorely mistaken. We hired floor coverings International based on initial experience. However, when Asit did not order enough tile for our project, he left us with an unfinished bathroom for over 2 weeks. When I mentioned concerns about the uneven subfloor based on other contractor comments when we were getting quotes, Asit ASSURED us it wouldn't be a problem. Less than 3 weeks after the job was FINALLY complete, we saw a crack in the exact location of the uneven subfloor as shown in the photo. When we contacted Asit, he said the crack in the floor was normal and then ghosted us. We are still trying to get in touch with him to get this resolved. My suggestion to anyone considering this company is if you choose them, pay attention to your project details and cross your finges that it is done property and well the first time because I don't know if my bathroom will ever be fixed at this rate. We are consulting with an attorney given the issues we have had.
