Great experience with Floor Coverings International of Walnut Creek. From selection to installation, everything was smooth, organized, and clearly communicated. The proposal was detailed, pricing was transparent, and when we ran into some unexpected subfloor prep, they explained it clearly and handled it the right way, no surprises. The install crew was professional, on time, and did excellent work. The finished floor looks fantastic, and the space was left clean and ready to use. Highly recommend Asit and his team. They did a good job. Pricing was fair and competitive. Everything was on time. They were willing to move a very heavy Murphy bed back into place which other companies said they wouldn't do, so I appreciated that. Everyone was respectful and responsive. I would recommend this business.

I had an awesome experience with these guys. They showed up with so many unique samples and ideas I’d honestly never seen anywhere else. Working with Asit and Sarah was great. Asit comes to you with samples. No more going to the showroom, checking out samples only to find that they don’t look so great once you get them home and then having to return them and start the process all over. The installation team was punctual, professional and our house and driveway were spotless when they finished with our hardwood floor installation.

There were some flooring issues in a bedroom, so we decided to replace it all. Asit came over to check it out, and we signed the contract that day. The flooring arrived quickly, got deposited in the bedroom to acclimatize for a few days, and then got fitted on a Friday and a tiny bit on Saturday. We're really happy with the whole experience, and the new flooring looks great!

It was a very easy process and Asit, our representative, helped us every step of the way. We took at least a month to pick the material and never once felt rushed. We were also able to keep the samples to try them out in multiple lighting conditions and rooms. I cannot recommend this company enough and Asit in particular.
