For context, I had gotten a condo back in 2019. A lot of work had to be done after I acquired it, including the floors. The problem I had was half of the condo’s floors used some old wood that I wasn’t a fan of, as well as non existing sub flooring that would make the tenants suite downstairs shake everytime I waked on it. As soon as I met Taylor who measured, inspected the place, he was very thorough on measuring the floors, and giving me a lot of options. Super friendly guy too! When I had floor coverings international replace the floor with a new wood that I’m a fan of, they did a spectacular job on everything. Everytime we found a new problem with the floors, they would come up with a solution on the spot and always run it with me. Annette would always be the one to run it with me and update me on that, and give me some recommendation and advice for long term decisions. Cesar who mostly worked on the floor would always update me on what was happening, would always make our lives easier and was very easy to work with (despite our ac breaking in this terrible heatwave) Again, I am very satisfied with the end result. The new floors feel great walk on and it looks great. My cats love it. Something I would proudly make my guests on bare footed haha. One of the best decisions I made when upgrading the condo. Would work with them again.

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Van Nuys. They removed the carpet from one of my rooms and refinished the hardwood floors in that room as well as several others. The entire team was professional, efficient, and communicated with me every step of the way. They also removed old and dark dog pee stains. They were always available to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work quickly without sacrificing quality. I also really appreciated that they helped move my furniture out before the work started and put everything back afterward, which made the whole experience much easier. The refinished floors look beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Van Nuys to anyone looking for quality flooring services and excellent customer care.

Taylor and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and followed through with everything they said they'd do. The floors look beautiful and will last a very long time. He even helped me find a painter! I highly recommend FCI for any flooring job.

We selected two types of carpet for different areas of our home and are very pleased with the results. The staff was communicative and helpful as we made our selections. The install was smooth and seamless and we will be using this company again for our future hardwood project. The quality they showed us is excellent so I look forward to our next job.

Floor Coverings International of Van Nuys did absolutely AMAZING work throughout the entire process. Taylor and Annette were so helpful, great communicators, efficient, professional, and kind. Taylor brought his mobile showroom to our house and made the entire process easy for us. The end result was exactly what we wanted (carpet for a remodeled room). Their prices were also under all other quotes I received. Their customer service was top notch. Truly amazing. I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all floor covering needs.

Taylor was extremely professional and patient. He arrived when he said he would and when I had to push date back a few times, once due to weather and another for personal reasons, he totally understood. When we got the quote there were no surprises and no hidden fees. It was exactly as we agreed on. Annette was very kind and was a pleasure to communicate with. She came out a second time since they thought they had a better product close to what I had picked. Which I absolutely loved and chose. His crew was kind, on time, personable and very professional. They know their jobs and clean up afterwards. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call again if I need any further services as well. Loving my new floors!! Our Samurai is happy too!!
