We had a fantastic experience with Flooring Coverings International! Bonnie drove all the way from Birmingham to meet us at the Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity at The University of Alabama- she was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy. She took precise measurements, explained the installation process clearly, and even helped us pick out a tile design and provided a quote right on the spot. Peyton and the installation team did an outstanding job! They removed our old hardwood flooring and installed new LVP in our large parlor room with an impressive 72-hour turnaround. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend this team for your next tile/flooring project!

opened the gate of my private yard to leave their card. they are lucky my dog didn’t come out of the house and attack them. (wish she would have) but they had the audacity to leave out gate unlatched so our dog could have escaped. if that would have happened i would have hunted them down. definitely don’t recommend floor coverings international and will not be using them. if their attention to detail is this bad i definitely don't want them doing my floors.

I would give these guys a million stars if I could. I had all my flooring (minus my bathrooms and one closet) pulled up and replaced with hardwood downstairs, stairs and upstairs. The work was done impeccably and conveniently while I was out of town since it was a big job and took about 4 full days with demo etc. Fred the owner was amazing from start to finish and even came by after to inspect and ensure my happiness before taking the final payment. Eddie, the project manager, was super communicative and really took the care in making sure I was happy with the work all along the way while I was out of town. In terms of cost, not the cheapest option likely, but by far not the most expensive and the customer service and workmanship will have me recommending them to anyone and use them if I ever move and want the same great floors.

Ken with Floor Covering International was fantastic. Showed me a floor sample that worked great in the bathroom. The crew that installed the floors were quick and efficient. Cleaned up the floors before leaving. Ken came after to inspect and check with in with us.

From the get go, FCI was great to work with. They were super transparent with their pricing and very professional throughout. They did a custom finish for our floors. After the project, there were a couple of odds and ends that needed touched up. They sent someone out to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely have FCI help us for any future flooring projects.

Outstanding team! My floor installation went perfectly, but it’s the follow-up support that really sets them apart. When another contractor damaged part of my new flooring, Fred and Eddy stepped in and made sure everything was repaired quickly and professionally. Too many companies focus only on the initial sale—these guys are in it for the long haul and treat customers like lifelong partners. I can’t say enough good things. You’d be making a mistake going anywhere else

We had a wonderful experience with Arthur, Tamara, and crew. From the start, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that the tile was going to match what we already had in the house. Arthur came to our house and met with my husband to discuss our project, expectations, and next steps. He went out of his way a second time to bring a tile sample to match. They were also very patient while we had other house projects done and checked in regularly. Our project was finished this afternoon and we could not be happier. We would recommend Floor Coverings International if you would like a personalized experience. We will absolutely be using them again if we replace other flooring in the future. Thank you all!
