So all goes well for measurement and appointment. They are the Costco company for Shaw flooring. They ask about other quotes I have received, they come in higher than the other places. This is where they don't even bother to give you a written quote. They mentioned talking to Shaw to see if they can get prices lower since they were about 4k higher than the other two companies we had received quotes from. I followed up 3 times but never received a written quote. I was potentially willing to go with their company since they have Costco backing even if slightly higher in price but they never gave me the chance to even consider them.

Cyndi was so patient and wonderful helping me find the exact right thing working with my vision and budget. The stairs turned out beautiful, and the most important part is my dog has more confidence on the stairs with more traction thanks to the added runner. Oscar and the installation team were professional, on time, and did a great job!

The owners Mike and Kim and our design specialist Edward have taken the absolute best care of my wife and I with two complete floor insulations in our house! They go above and beyond from start to completion of the project, always keeping us up to date at each stage in the process. Their installers are such kind and respectful people and do an incredible job and work hard and really fast while paying special attention to detail. The biggest compliment we got when selling our home was the beautiful flooring. I believe that was a huge piece to get our home sold quickly. We couldn’t be more happy with everything they all did for us! I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone that brings up the topic flooring! Thanks Mike and Kim and Edward for all you do!

I called Floor Coverings International to get an estimate on recarpeting two bedrooms in my home. The next day I had a salesman named Will at the house. He was on time, knowledegable, and professional. He showed me samples from his van(showroom on wheels) and left me with a fair written estimate. I look forward to giving Floor Coverings International my business soon.

Had 2 large bedrooms, bathroom and stairs completed. We used cali long plank lvp. Install was seamless and completed in one day. Stairs were completed in another couple hours. They also have contacts with a plumbing company for the new toilet and removal of those items. Fantastic company to work with. Very satisfied with Andrew and Evan’s service

If I could give 10 stars I could. The installation was flawless and the extra touches to make it a white glove service put it over the top. They provided boxes to pack all of things in each room. The installation crew was very careful with our things and furniture and put everything back where it was. But the best part was a cleaning crew that came after the installation to dust the furniture and vacuum again. This was really an easy, stress-free experience. Highly recommend using them for all of your flooring needs.

Will was our salesman he came with a truck full of samples he helped us pick out what we were looking for no pressure. Shawn and Ed were our installers they worked very hard, they did a great job they cleaned up everything.When they were done the carpet looked great and you wouldn’t know they were there. I would recommend Flooring Coverings International to anyone.

We liked it so much that he’s coming back (today) to give us a quote for the bedrooms. Our floors came out perfect. I love the material, and the way it came out—everything looks clean and solid. Working with Steve and Katie was great—friendly, professional, and very responsive. That responsiveness really stood out to me because so many contractors just don’t do it. The installer didn’t cut corners. He secured the subfloor to reduce squeaking—it actually eliminated it completely. The trim work was done perfectly, and he cleaned up everything at the end, which really impressed me. Highly recommend.
