We recently had new carpet installed by Floor Coverings International, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ahmad and his team helped us choose the right carpet for our home, answered all our questions, and scheduled the installation quickly. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, carefully moved our heavy furniture, completed the job efficiently, and put everything back in place. Ahmad checked in before and after the installation to make sure everything was done properly and that we were happy with the results. They even arranged a complimentary cleaning service afterward. We highly recommend Ahmad and his team to anyone looking for high-quality products, exceptional workmanship, and personalized customer service.

Floor Covering International professional staff’s customer service and attention to detail are exceptional from scheduling to final finish of installation for absolutely beautiful flooring. Ahmed and Ismael were amazing; very knowledgeable and prompt in answering all my questions and returned calls and/or texts immediately. Mario is a skilled, intelligent craftsman that was able to troubleshoot and problem solve several difficult challenges, one for example a protruding outlet on the floor (taller than the flooring) which would have required a skilled electrician and there were no extra charges. The baseboards corners are fitted kissing together and seamless. No ugly dripping caulking. This is just one sign of a skilled craftsman. Mario has beautiful high tech equipment, clean and so careful with detail. He really takes pride in his work. I would call Mario an artist with his work. I absolutely love my new flooring. Side notes: Flooring Covering International will be returning to refinishing my hardwood floors in my living room and installing backsplash in my kitchen. I will be painting the baseboards to save a little bit of money. I love working with my hands. : ) In closing, I am so terrible grateful Floor Covering International were able to meet my budget and still give me the best flooring I could imagine. FYI, I was a property manager for 23 years, worked in legal real estate and a realtor. I have worked with many labors. I recently had my flooring redone, and I am so happy with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, Ahmad and the crew were professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the project. I had one specific concern going into the project. My existing baseboards were staying, so I needed the new vinyl flooring to be as close as possible to the thickness of the old flooring. Rather than trying to make something work, they took the time to find the right product in both color and thickness so everything came together the way it should. That level of attention and problem-solving really stood out to me. One thing I also appreciated was how committed they were to staying on schedule. I had cousins coming into town the following week, so having the work completed on time was really important. They delivered exactly when they said they would, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. The finished floors look amazing. The color has such a beautiful, warm tone, and they blend perfectly with my kitchen and adjacent family room. They're not only gorgeous to look at, but they also feel incredibly comfortable to walk on. I even did the marble test afterward to check how level the floor was, and it passed with no issues. That gave me even more confidence in the quality of their workmanship. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. It's not often you find a team that's this easy to work with while also delivering such high-quality results. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering new flooring.

If I could give 10 stars I could. The installation was flawless and the extra touches to make it a white glove service put it over the top. They provided boxes to pack all of things in each room. The installation crew was very careful with our things and furniture and put everything back where it was. But the best part was a cleaning crew that came after the installation to dust the furniture and vacuum again. This was really an easy, stress-free experience. Highly recommend using them for all of your flooring needs.
