"We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. We got quotes from a few different companies for carpeting our two staircases and landing, and they offered the best price by far. One of the other companies quoted us nearly double and wasn't nearly as helpful throughout the process. Matt was great to work with. He came to our house with his mobile showroom and had plenty of carpet samples on hand. He listened to what we were looking for, made helpful suggestions, and quickly helped us find an option that was exactly what we wanted. Installation went just as smoothly. The team was professional, communicated clearly about when they would be arriving, and did a great job. We're extremely happy with how the stairs and landing turned out. We did notice one small spot afterward that needed to be secured a little better, and Matt and his team had it taken care of very quickly. We really appreciated how responsive they were and how easy the entire process was. We're very satisfied with both the finished product and the service and would definitely use Floor Coverings International again for any future carpeting needs!"

"We had a fantastic experience with these guys when we needed new flooring after moving into our home. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to work with. Bob was incredibly professional and made it clear that he cared about helping us get what we wanted while also getting us the best deal possible. I never felt like I was being upsold or pushed toward something we didn’t need. Corbin was also excellent to work with. His communication throughout the entire process was great! He kept us informed every step of the way without ever overdoing it. During the installation, they tore out some of the existing flooring and discovered that part of the subfloor underneath had rotted. They handled it exactly how you’d hope: they clearly explained what they found, walked us through the problem, and helped us figure out how to get it taken care of properly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them. When it’s time to replace the carpet on the other floors of our house, these are the guys I plan to call."

He was extremely professional from the start, showing up on time to listen to what we wanted and take all the measurements for three bedrooms, the family room, a master bedroom, and the game room. When it was time for installation, he arrived on time with his crew, walked the whole house, and made sure everyone understood exactly what needed to be done. They managed to knock out the entire job in one full day. He even called the next day to ensure everything was fine and offered to come by for a final walkthrough.
