The new carpeting is gorgeous. Sandra and Tara were extremely helpful with presenting multiple options and finding a beautiful solution for every room. The entire process was seamless and the installation was excellent. Her team did a fantastic job - every room looks completely renewed. Floor Coverings International did a great job. Dennis came out and measured and had plenty of samples to look. They beat several quotes I got from other companies. Installers were great and very nice.

Floor Coverings International did a beautiful job on my floors and stairs. It was a lot of fun meeting with Dennis and choosing from all the samples, I found exactly what I was looking for. Maggie was wonderful and responsive when I had a question. The installer was friendly and did an exemplary job. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

I had my carpet installed. Two people came to install it. The one that cut the carpet for seam, left and the other person was doing the seam gluing. He concluded the carpet was not cut correctly, and had to cut it again. Fortunetly I had another 20 feet long of carpet available to cut (the seam required joining 12 feet wide with 5 feet wide). The point is if you cut, you meake the seam. Also the first worker did the cut from top of the carpet instaed of the underneath. After the install I could see the seam because there was small bump where the seam was (carpet looket like slightly elevated). I had left over from hardwood floor instaltion, plus lots of books that I use to put weight on the 20 feet long seam for a week, and that helped. However few weeks later I started seeing the bump again. So overall the seam is visible.
