Floor Coverings International did an AMAZING job tiling an area adjacent to my bathroom! They came out the day after I initially called, were professional, knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The installer was absolutely wonderful as well, taking care to do everything just right as if it was his own house. I definitely recommend this company, and in fact, I already have them scheduled to do a couple more flooring jobs for me!

One of the biggest advantages was their mobile showroom, they brought a wide selection of flooring samples directly to my home, which made it so much easier to compare colors and styles with my lighting, furniture, and existing finishes. It gave me so much more confidence in my decision than looking at samples in a store. Working directly with the owner was also a fantastic experience. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, Chafic was absolutely incredible to work with. As first-time homeowners, this was a big project for us, and he made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. He was extremely communicative and always available whenever we had questions. One of the biggest things he helped us with was our HOA approval process. He provided every document and piece of information we needed incredibly quickly, which made the whole process so much easier. Chafic also went above and beyond during the selection process. FCI did a great job installing new tile on our 3 showers. The water now properly flows into the drains and does not leak into the bathroom. Chafic kept us up to date during the whole process. His subcontractor, Jim ,personally installed the floor tile and it looks great!

I would recommend Chafic with floor coverings international in Poway. He serves ALL of San Diego county and honestly the most responsive flooring business I've met since the last time I had to do flooring. His business brings expertise and best in class service to his customers. The best part is that they come to you with their mobile show room so you don't have to leave your house and you can see the samples in your own place. It's hard for me to visualize what a sample may look like when it's not in my house so this is awesome that they do that and let's you decide more easily what you want. Also, I heard about another one of his customers that was looking for porcelain tile to replace outdated carpet. They have lived in San Diego over 45 years but at first didn’t know where to go or who to trust with their project. After getting several quotes they felt overwhelmed and had a lot of options to consider but the one company that stood out was Chafic’s business in Poway. He really stood out to them because he was very responsive from start to end and kept them updated with the progress. They were extremely happy with the experience and attention Chafic and his team placed on their project.

The flooring estimate was such a great experience. They showed up on schedule and with samples for us to see the type and color of the flooring in our space. And they gave us the estimate right on the spot after measuring the square footage. Highly recommend!
