Really impressed by this Poway location! I called multiple flooring stores desperately in search for additional LVP flooring to complete an already underway bathroom remodel. Chafic was the most responsive & gave his time to help me figure out if we could identify any local stock - even with the likelihood of not buying from him, he was so very kind & generous with his support. In the end, we did move forward with ordering boxes through this store because of the great service and we were surprised by how quickly they managed to get it to us (he even delivered personally & carried to my garage). Great local business we will think of first for additional flooring needs The 1 star review before mine sounds pretty unfair & misdirected. My order was for only 4 boxes and no installation, yet this store was more than gracious with their support (even after I first indicated I'd like not be buying because of the tight turnaround).

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Chafic was very professional and kept us in the loop regularly. When we are ready to do the rest of our house we will definitely be calling FCI!

The new carpeting is gorgeous. Sandra and Tara were extremely helpful with presenting multiple options and finding a beautiful solution for every room. The entire process was seamless and the installation was excellent. Her team did a fantastic job - every room looks completely renewed. We are extremely happy with it and will absolutely work with Floor Coverings International in future projects. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you!!

Floor Coverings International did a great job. Dennis came out and measured and had plenty of samples to look. They beat several quotes I got from other companies. Installers were great and very nice.
