Chafic and his team were wonderful to work with. We needed our home carpeted with a very short turnaround time, and they completed the job within our time frame and did beautiful work. Chafic was very communicative and kept in touch with me the whole time, so all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. We will definitely use this company again when we redo our final flooring as well.

I had a smaller tub installed and needed ceramic tiles to be placed in small area where old bathtub was. FCI was able to do my project 5 days after request and did not care how small the job was. Within two hours Jeff and Jim installed the tile and made my remodel look amazing. Thank you for your professionalism, prompt response, and extremely reasonable price. I will definitely use your services for any future flooring projects. Beautiful work all around. Cheers!

Really impressed by this Poway location! I called multiple flooring stores desperately in search for additional LVP flooring to complete an already underway bathroom remodel. Chafic was the most responsive & gave his time to help me figure out if we could identify any local stock - even with the likelihood of not buying from him, he was so very kind & generous with his support. In the end, we did move forward with ordering boxes through this store because of the great service and we were surprised by how quickly they managed to get it to us (he even delivered personally & carried to my garage). Great local business we will think of first for additional flooring needs The 1 star review before mine sounds pretty unfair & misdirected. My order was for only 4 boxes and no installation, yet this store was more than gracious with their support (even after I first indicated I'd like not be buying because of the tight turnaround).
