I had a fantastic experience working with Chafic on getting the carpets in my home redone. He was professional, honest, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. There is much to say so here goes. From the day I got a home presentation with tons of samples of flooring to the day of completion of the flooring project, everything and every step of the installation went well. The installers were very exact on detail and explained what they were doing every step. Installers were on time each day and always cleaned up after each days progress. When the installers were finished, the company owner and the installation manager came to inspect. They found a couple baseboards that needed caulking and took care of that. The company also prior to installation had the installers paint the new baseboards. Then the installer manager fixed a stair wood step that was not part of the contract for free. This company is top quality from the vinyl flooring products and the installation workmanship. Oh, the price was extremely competitive and a great value.

Our 21-year-old carpeting had loosened and developed “ridges” in several places, but it is in very good condition otherwise. As we are not in a position to recarpet our entire house at this time, we contacted several flooring companies to inquire about re-stretching the loose areas. Floor Covering International was the first company to respond, and Chafic came out within days to assess the loose areas and provide an estimate for repair. Before the week was over, his crew arrived to stretch the loose carpeting, trim the excess, and even made an improvement where the carpet butted against a tiled floor. The results were outstanding, and it is impossible to spot where the repairs were made. Even my wife, who is very fussy, was extremely pleased with the outcome. Chafing and his crew were courteous, friendly, respectful of our property, knowledgeable, and proficient. The entire job was completed within about a week of my initial call, and the final cost was very reasonable and exactly the amount quoted before the work began. I highly recommend Floor Covering International and would not hesitate to use them again.

Floor Coverings International did an AMAZING job tiling an area adjacent to my bathroom! They came out the day after I initially called, were professional, knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The installer was absolutely wonderful as well, taking care to do everything just right as if it was his own house. I definitely recommend this company, and in fact, I already have them scheduled to do a couple more flooring jobs for me!

One of the biggest advantages was their mobile showroom, they brought a wide selection of flooring samples directly to my home, which made it so much easier to compare colors and styles with my lighting, furniture, and existing finishes. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, Chafic was absolutely incredible to work with.
