I had my carpets replaced a little over a week ago & I couldn't be more happy with the service and quality provided! We had 2 bedrooms and our stairs replaced and it took them a day to replace it all. Andrea communicated really well with me throughout the process and I couldn't be more grateful for her expertise when trying to choose which carpet to select. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Floor Coverings International. Communication with owner Andrea was prompt and clear, our project (two full staircases and landings) was thoughtfully planned and executed, and the installation crew was wonderful - they were punctual, very friendly, and left our home immaculately clean each day. We couldn't be more delighted with the result, and will absolutely return to Floor Coverings International for our future flooring needs. Highly recommend this wonderful local business!

Very professional prep and installation. Excellent suggestions to enhance the appearance of the floors when laid. Exceptionally careful when repositioning the furniture both prior and after job completion. We recommend this company for any floor jobs. They do superb work.

FCI made the process of buying and installing new carpet and vinyl flooring so easy. They came to the house, brought samples, and helped us choose. No pressure. Easy scheduling and installation. Very responsive. Highly recommend!

Our installation is finally done and the flooring looks great. However, the company didn't let us know, before they started the job (on Dec 9?), that all of the flooring wasn't going to arrive on time. Instead, they told us 2 days into the job, which didn't allow us to reschedule or cancel the job. This created a huge inconvenience over the holidays with most of the work done but 2 rooms, which were completed by January 7th. We weren't even compensated for the inconvenience they created.

Floor looks great. However, the company didn’t completed the installation on time, creating a huge inconvenience over the holidays. We were not advised in time to cancel, that all of the flooring was not going to be available as promised. We weren’t even compensated for our inconvenience.
