Our installation is finally done and the flooring looks great. However, the company didn't let us know, before they started the job (on Dec 9?), that all of the flooring wasn't going to arrive on time. Instead, they told us 2 days into the job, which didn't allow us to reschedule or cancel the job. This created a huge inconvenience over the holidays with most of the work done but 2 rooms, which were completed by January 7th. We weren't even compensated for the inconvenience they created.

After researching Flooring Companies , Floor Coverings International was the only one that would repair sections of my wood floor, instead of having to replace the whole floor. I opted to have them pull up my entrance way, use those planks for the repair, then replace entrance way with new flooring. The repair job was Amazing. As if there wasn’t any damage. My new entrance way looks great. Company responded and kept in touch with me from start to finish. I will definitely tell others. Thank you

Honestly, working with Andrea was the easiest part of our home renovations. Each person we worked with was so pleasant and genuinely wanted us to be stress-free and happy. The product is extremely high end and the process was seamless. The team has incredible communication, too! We will be using them for any flooring needs in the future, 100%.

I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for a high quality flooring job. They did a great job removing our carpet and installing laminate floor in our living room. We got a quote at no cost and they had great suggestions about color hues to add light to our living room. Most importantly the work was completed on time, the prices are reasonable and they were very professional.

Andrea and Cristian are experts and main it super seamless to browse their selection! They offer a free mobile show which showcased all their floor materials from hardwood floors, luxury laminate, and carpet. They are amazing to work with and can’t recommend them enough.

Floor Coverings International did a superb job in a complicated situation. After repeated rain storms, water leaked under French Doors to flooring below. A company specializing in flood damage brought in industrial size fans and dried the carpeting. However, over many months a moldy smell developed. We called in a mold remediation company to assess the damage, test and treat the mold, remove the damage wood and replace it with new wood. Andrea and her team coordinated their work with the mold remediation company, oversaw the installation of new plywood, brought in carpet samples so we could select and order what we wanted, replaced drywall and molding, installed the new carpeting, removed the old carpet and moved furniture into place. At a time when prices seem to be skyrocketing, her prices were reasonable and the quality of her work excellent. While on site I asked her to price renovation of a hard wood floor in another part of the house. She came in with such a reasonable cost, we did not seek out other bids. She will be overseeing and coordinating that project next week. Overall, what makes her work unique is her pleasant, conscientious communication, the excellent craftsmanship she and her team bring to the work, and her desire to see the customer is satisfied at every step.
