We have now worked with Floor Coverings International – Northeast San Diego three times, and the fact that we keep coming back probably says it best. Each experience has been excellent from start to finish. The mobile showroom is incredibly convenient and makes it easy to look at a wide range of flooring options in your own home rather than trying to imagine how samples will look after a trip to a flooring store. We purchased vinyl longboard flooring, and the guidance throughout the selection process was outstanding. The owner has a background in architecture, and that expertise really shows. We received thoughtful advice on products, colors, durability, how the flooring would work in our particular space, and even which direction it should be laid. They also had a visualization tool that allowed us to see what the flooring would actually look like in our room, which was extremely helpful. At no point did we feel pressured or steered toward a more expensive option; the process was entirely consultative. We chose to install the flooring ourselves, but still received excellent advice on installation, and questions were answered almost immediately, even after the sale. Ordering and delivery went smoothly all three times: correct products and quantities, shipments arrived as expected, and there were no surprises. The flooring itself has been great quality, was straightforward to install, and we continue to love both the look and feel of it. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International – Northeast San Diego, whether you are planning a DIY installation or looking for a full-service flooring project. Based on the quality of the service, attention to detail, responsiveness, and expertise we experienced, I would have complete confidence using them again.
