Travis and his team did an amazing job on our project. He showed up on time, did exactly what he said he would do across the entire project. He came fully prepared, provided options, made meaningful suggestions, clearly explained the process, discussed the types of issues that we might encounter as the work commenced, and shook your hand like it was a commitment not a simple hello or goodbye. I talked to five flooring contractors. Travis was the only one that came 100% prepared and on time. And that’s why he got the job. The end result was top notch workmanship, that was on time, on budget, and no surprises…just a beautiful floor.

Coming from the construction/restoration industry, it is refreshing to know a person like Travis, the owner of Floor Coverings International North County. Travis and his team are a wealth of knowledge and are not “salesy”- they have information, communicate it clearly, are professional, and they do amazing work. We’ve worked together in situations where the flooring needs to be replaced due to flooding, and he has responded in a timely manner and with empathy for the circumstance. I will always support and recommend Travis for any property owner that needs new floors due to property loss (fire, flood, etc,) or due to remodeling.

It was great working with Travis for wall-to-wall carpeting. We have a large king size adjustable bed with a giant tall storage and headboard combo. All the other carpet installation companies basically refused to take the job, with the requirement of moving all the furniture AND disassembly of the adjustable bed and headboard. Travis looked at this and took some pictures and he called his installation team to specifically check and see if they could take on the project. It was wonderful that he was able to do this and the crew that installed the carpet, did everything absolutely perfectly. Carpet, padding, cleanup; all went perfect. We will definitely use his services again for our next flooring job. Well Done Travis and Team!
