If you want the red carpet service, Travis is your guy. I was impressed with the detailed quote process, and the knowledge that came with the quote made me feel confident they would do an install that was perfect. The other installers did not discuss the same level of detail. Since I chose tile, Travis has a subcontractor who does the install, and they were amazing. The foreman was on site the first couple of days and again during the week and the last day. Travis came by multiple times during the install. Everyone was on time, answered the phone and communication was great. I made a few last minute changes and they all worked with me through each step. The process can be really stressful for a home owner but I am so happy with the result. This will not be the cheapest quote you will get; they are more expensive than other places, but I have heard too many bad experiences and unnecessary delays from other installers. This went so smoothly and I never felt nervous about the project.

Floor Coverings International installed vinyl plank flooring in our dining room, and they did an excellent job. The team was on time, professional, and very detail-oriented. The installation looks seamless, and they left everything clean when they finished. We’re thrilled with the result and highly recommend them!
