I would highly recommend international flooring. We worked with Charlie and Tifa Lee. Although there was a team of various workers, these two came with smiles and a hard work ethic that we really appreciated. We have an old house and have worked with various contractors and understand supply delays and other issues so it's especially important to have excellent communication. I felt free to call or text with any questions and often did. The work was detail oriented and they even added some unique touches for our very unique house, including putting vinyl flooring on a wheelchair ramp and adding a wedge to a door frame for our power chair user. We replaced carpets in six rooms with vinyl flooring and it looks amazing. We made two changes to our plan in the middle of the work, and the contract was adjusted in real time which we really appreciated. That way we were able to add a bathroom and the hallway to the project that really tied it all together, as well as a smaller project with laminate in the ADU. We had originally reached out to five vendors and got four quotes before choosing them. Through this process, I learned that most of the quotes are so similar because the work is pretty straightforward once the square footage is measured. Extras, including leveling, are very worth it. They didn't ever mention writing them a review so I'm putting this out there freely: we would absolutely go back to them for any future projects and can't recommend them enough.

It was a long process after water heater damage in bedroom: mold remediation, new water heater installation, drywall repair, and painting, to finally the floor installation. After several quotes from contractors, I decided to go with Floor Coverings Int'l largely because of Charlie's kindly manner, his adage that the customer is always right, the competitive and detailed pricing supplied, and the outstanding customer reviews. The exemplary work with the flooring and the incremental work performed such as the sliding mirrored closet doors reinstall were done in a timely and efficient manner. And big kudos to Myra, his employee, for her attention to detail in the LVP floor lay down. Good vibes all around. I highly recommend. Yes, 5 ⭐️!

I had called other flooring companies for information. I then called Mr. Charles Le of Flooring Coverings IN'L, Charles was very helpful and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and clear in his answers to my questions. I scheduled an appointment with him at my home for the next day. He was very clear how he would install my floor, showed me samples of the product, and gave a straightforward total price for the job. He supervised his skilled crew, completed it on time, and did a beautiful job. My wife loved it.
