Excellent service. quality flooring. If you want new flooring look no further. Working with Floor coverings int’l was so easy, the owner brings samples to you and you can take right in your home to see how they look. Materials came in quickly and installers were experienced. My new floors are perfect! Thanks again

Jason was very friendly, responsive, and really worked with us in finding the right flooring for our home! He gave us a great deal and had his team get the whole house done quick within 2 days they were very nice and worked very efficiently. We were very impressed at the final results, everything was perfect better then we imagined in our minds! I highly recomment them for any of your flooring concerns! 10/10 experience!

Used to about 4 and half years ago to install carpet and the carpet itself was good quality but the installation was kinda a mess. They had to come back several times where it wasn’t attached to the wall to knock it back…fast forward and I had a hallway bunching up and it seemed like delamination which is covered under warranty as we don’t wear shoes in the house and have no kids or pets so not a high traffic house even and it was hard to get them out there and when I did make appt( Mike asked me via fb messenger where we had been communicating I messaged back that same day that day would work) a week goes by and the time comes up and nobody comes I called and he went on a rant about don’t message him…but he has messaged me first on fb message to ask if the appt was okay…why wouldn’t you check it then? Whole thing was weird like they didn’t want to work! I eventually got it done weeks later by basically keeping at them, but I would beware working with them. They didn’t want to honor a possibly warranty claim or even check if it was delamination. I almost went with another company to do it but since they Installed the carpet I went with them. And I did end up paying cuz I never could get Mike to say it was going to be covered under a warranty officially or that they would look into it even and I didn’t know maybe later he come back and be like you didn’t pay and try to charge some insane amount. I would beware as the good reviews they give you discounts for writing. They offered this to me when I got it installed so the reviews are kinda paid for you could say by a discount. I don’t know if they still do this but the previous owner did. The company was owned by somebody else when I got it installed and they were okay except not having it kicked in near the walls like it should be and coming up, but now I think Mike is the owner and definitely customer service has gone down.
