"I had vinyl flooring installed in June of this year. Out of four companies I had chosen based on reviews and years in business, I decided to go with Floor Coverings International. Best decision I could’ve made! The representative, Jamie, was very friendly and professional. He brought flooring samples to my house, which no other company offered. This made it so easy for comparison and saved me trips back and forth to other places to return big sample boards. Jamie offered the most comprehensive education for me to make a buying decision and guided me through the most ideal financing options. At no point dd I feel pressured to make any sort of decision. Jamie said, “we are people first and sales second.” That held true! The great experience continued with the installation. The crew of two guys were masters of their trade! My home is 1,361 sq ft. From the moment they walked through the door to completion took only two days which included ripping out old carpet and vinyl, skim coating where needed, moving furniture, laying the moisture barrier, and installing the new floor. The crew was also very professional, friendly, respectful, and clean! I am so pleased with my whole experience!"
