"Wow! It's been 6 years already, 5/5/2019 to be exact, since Reinel & his team from F.C.I.H.H. visited my mother's home in Houston. They removed old flooring & installed new wood flooring & tiles. Very Professional & friendly, punctual, & willing to listen & discuss our needs. Spring forward to 11/14/2025. My mother wanted to replace the 'transition' strip between rooms in 3 areas. Of course I contacted Reinel & he sent over one of his team to assess the job & showed up personally to ensure that everything was what we wanted. When it came time to install everything, carpeting & vinyl wood plank, the subcontractor said he could not do the job because the floors needed to be leveled. WELL DUH?!?!? So we called SCOTT EVANS of FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL, they leveled all the spots in our 70 year old slab home & installed everything ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! "I contracted to cover an old ceramic tile bathroom floor and to replace the carpet in the master bedroom. I’m very pleased with the products. I chose Luxury Vinyl Tile to float over the existing tile which eliminated the need for demolition and the dust that comes with it. The LVT is not slippery or cold. Great stuff! The crew that did the work was excellent! They got it all done in one long day. They moved the furniture carefully from the bedroom and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I’m very pleased. I was shocked by the cost because I had never replaced carpet or replace bathroom floors in my life. I moved a lot because of work. But you also get what you pay for."
