"This is the company to go with! Michael and Natalie were incredible to work with from start to finish. Michael came to our home to give us a quick estimate and it was such a nice, no pressure conversation. He even went out of his way to tell us what makes sense to go with versus not based on our situation, even if he would have made more money. Can’t say I’ve met a salesman who does that because most only care about money! And Natalie was a joy to work with behind the scenes for scheduling, billing and any other question I had. Oh and speaking of billing, the price was very VERY competitive for Northern Virginia. Day of the install was amazing too. Luis and his team were efficient with their work, and it looks SO good. Night and day difference. We did a carpet replacement throughout two floors and they were done in about 6 hours. Definitely will be giving them my business in the future!"

"I choose this company because from the start they were the most responsive from the 3 that I got bids from. I choose laminate for my living room dining room stairs and upstairs hallway. I choose carpet for the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Justin was so helpful and came back with some new samples of carpet that was exactly what I was looking for. Sebastian installed the laminate and his work is amazing. Carlos did the carpet. Diego and Drew managed the projects and always was responsive to my needs. I expect allot from a vendor especially in the details and they met that. There was one issue during the carpet installation but they immediately took ownership and got on top of it. Good customer service is often measured by how a company responds when problems arise, and I appreciate their willingness to make amends and take customer feedback seriously. I am beyond happy with the results. I highly recommend them and will contact them for my next project."

"If I could give more stars I totally would! Jim (the owner) showed up to our house with samples and walked us through the whole process. We actually had quotes that were a bit cheaper and went with Floor Coverings International PURELY due to Jim’s personality and attention to detail. Setting everything up was Stormy in the office. She’s amazing and was super communicative with anything we needed! 11/10 best there is. Carlos and his wife showed up on a Saturday to do the install and they’re amazing! You can tell it’s a family endeavor and they killed it! They were in an out in 1 day and were able to do all 4 rooms and all the closets! These people are amazing and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for floors in the future!"

"When I tell you that Scott went above and beyond, please know that is an UNDERSTATEMENT. This man was the most accommodating, responsive, patient and understanding person I’ve ever worked with for any kind of home remodeling work ever. My husband and I bought a flipped home last year only to discover after about 6 months that the flippers failed to install a vapor barrier underneath the bathroom flooring so we were pretty surprised when mold started growing out from between the floorboards. I reached out to several companies but Scott was the one my gut said would be the one. He was so friendly and genuine when he came to do the initial assessment/quote and he wasn’t pushy when I told him I needed time to get other bids. He just periodically reached out to check in on my progress, never pressing me for an answer. When I made my decision, I asked him if we could do something special whereby instead of us being here for the floor replacement, we could take our dogs and get away and leave him with a key code and our trust and without hesitation he said not only was that not a problem but if we had any other needs he was happy to figure something out. He was here to let the worker in and locked everything up tight when they were done. Everything done in a day, absolutely zero mess and the floors look AMAZING. They even replaced the baseboards and quarter rounds and sealed everything up. He and the worker HUSTLED and we have the gorgeous new floors to prove it. It was almost like we went away for a couple days and the Flooring Fairy came while we were gone and gave us the gift of lovely new floors! "This is a company that prioritizes customer service. I found them from a Google search and I didn’t look any further after meeting the sales rep, Morgan. Morgan and the owner Ed were fantastic. My installation appointment was scheduled as soon as the product arrived at the store, which was a third party. On the day of installation the owner came by to check the project before his employees arrived to make sure everything was set. There was a snafu with the order quantity and Ed came back to explain it in person instead of making a call or text. There was a delay of a week but it was handled so professionally and promptly that I did not mind. The installers were incredibly nice as well. They were professional and when they left the entire room looked amazing and was completely cleaned up. It’s easier to do a good job when everything goes right but true customer service arrives when things go wrong. Ed and his team met the challenge and went above and beyond to do a great job. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International!"
