"I had a spill on my older laminate wood flooring which caused it to warp. Mike came out to take measurements and gave me many options. He brought in many samples to go thru and didn’t pressure me. After I picked out what I wanted he was able to get it done in one week! Other places were saying it would take 5 weeks to get the flooring in. It was done completely in one day. No issues and looked better than I even anticipated. I’d us e him again without hesitating. He came here a few days later and checked that they did good job himself."

Few days after I made my selection, I called Mike and said I’m not happy with my choice and want to re-consider what I had picked. No pressure, total understanding, cooperation and patience from Mike. Went to the new show room in Freehold and picked a different floor. I was quite anxious about my selection, as it not easy to visualize the entire future look, based on a relatively small sample. I didn’t know if it’s the right color and how will it look and what to expect . I was also apprehensive as far as the workmanship, since my previous floor replacement, nine years ago, was a disaster.
