"Excellent Customer service. Above and beyond. Relatively small order but timely updates on the order and delivery status. To me the ultimate test is when something is not perfect, in this case not FCIB 's fault but the manufacturer who shipped the flooring. It was not properly packaged causing damage to the edges of the planks. (Thanks FCIB for checking!) They reached out to the manufacturer and had replacement planks to me within a week ( it had to come from CA) Truly appreciative of the service and effort to make it right even when out of their control."
