This review is long overdue! Sorry Justin, we were so occupied with the newborn. With that said, let me first say we are absolutely blown away by the exceptional service! From the initial consultation to the final installation, Justin and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The carpet they installed is stunning - exactly what we wanted, and the price was unbeatable. The installers were tidy, efficient, and respectful of our space. We've had the carpet for a few weeks now, and it's holding up beautifully. Our baby will have soft fluffy carpet to crawl on. Thank you!

I needed to replace the carpeting on my stairs only and they did an amazing job matching the other carpet in my house. Also there were gaps at the bottom of the drywall/painted wall and they added extra tack strip to cover it. It looks awesome and I HIGHLY recommend them. They make sure you are happy with the job they did!

Drew and his team were professional, fast, and left everything spotless. The carpet looks amazing! We had such a great experience with Justin and his team! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. Justin took the time to help me select the perfect flooring for our home, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The floors look amazing and the baseboards are perfect — the attention to detail really shows. They also removed our old carpet quickly and kept everything clean throughout the process. Reputable company with excellent customer service. I did not use Floor Coverings International - Mission Viejo for my current flooring job due to a more competitive offer received; however, I won't hesitate to recommend them to others based on customer service alone. I especially want to call out Mark C. as he is professional, kind, and caring and frankly a breath of fresh air when it comes to my experience with work needing to be done at my home.
