I called Justin during an emergency at a customers home and he responded quickly in his mobile showroom and had every option to satisfy the customer. He wasn’t the cheapest quote I received but his professionalism and understanding of time constraints made him an obvious choice. I hope I don’t have any other emergencies that would permit me using him again but if I do, I’m calling Justin out first.

Floor Coverings Intl stood out because not only of their quality work but they demonstrated high customer service and follow through. it is nice to see good customer service back in play again. Justin is highly knowledgeable in the flooring products and installation. He was instrumental in working with us on replacing an existing floor in specific rooms and the best options and approach to considered. His team was friendly, professional, left the areas cleaned and made sure everything was installed correctly. The project was completed on time if not a bit earlier. I highly recommend Floor Coverings Intl and have already scheduled them to do other work for us and look forward to a long lasting partnership. Thank you!

I really love my new floor from this company. I had them install laminate floors mg in an upstairs bedroom. They are very responsive, and were on time for the estimate and the two days they came to our home for the installation. There was one hiccup, but they responded so quickly and fixed the problem so fast, that I can barely call it a problem. I waited two weeks to give the review just in case something showed up, but the floor looks great, and no squeaks or creaks. I am looking forward to having our other three rooms done by them.

Contacted Floor Covering International (FCI) to get quoted for a carpet stair runner. Justin from FCI responded immediately to my Yelp inquiry and provided me an "estimated price range" unlike other companies, which demand I call them first. I liked the fact that FCI went ahead to quote me an approximate cost, which compelled me to proceed with a free on site estimate. Justin arrived for the estimate with his mobile showroom in a Van and showed us dozens of carpet samples and explained lots of options on how the runner could look. Justin was very attentive to the details of our project and quoted a very fair price. Based on his service, we decided to forgo other estimates with other vendors, as we locked in the project and paid a small deposit to get the material ordered. Installation day was seamless as Diego and Sebastian came on site to go over the project and once it was completed, Justin arrived to check out the great work, showing passion, attentiveness and commitment to great customer service. The end result speaks for itself, see pictures attached! Overall, A+++ work plus A+++ service is a combo that cannot be beat, as we experienced stellar service from the day I requested the quote to end of installation from the entire FCI team. I could not recommend them enough, they were awesome and i felt compelled to write this review because of how great this project went!

Last month we had Floor Coverings install bamboo for our stairs and upstairs hallway. We were impressed with Justin's professionalism, efficiency, and resourcefulness. It was great to have the installers from within the company, not outside contractors. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Floor Coverings cared about doing an excellent job and it showed.
