Justin came to our home with his mobile unit and once we discussed our needs, went out to the van and came back with just the right samples. He is knowledgeable, honest and his quote was the best. No last minute up charging and they move all the furniture. We are looking forward to the install of our new carpet!

Justin runs this floor coverings company, and I've got to say, he's super professional and his prices are totally fair. He kept everything on track, always let me know what stage we were at, and laid out all the costs and materials clearly. I always knew what was going on. The work turned out great, and honestly, I had an awesome experience. Big thanks to Justin--I'd totally recommend him!

I choose this company because from the start they were the most responsive from the 3 that I got bids from. I choose laminate for my living room dining room stairs and upstairs hallway. I choose carpet for the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Justin was so helpful and came back with some new samples of carpet that was exactly what I was looking for. Sebastian installed the laminate and his work is amazing. Carlos did the carpet. Diego and Drew managed the projects and always was responsive to my needs. I expect allot from a vendor especially in the details and they met that. There was one issue during the carpet installation but they immediately took ownership and got on top of it. Good customer service is often measured by how a company responds when problems arise, and I appreciate their willingness to make amends and take customer feedback seriously. I am beyond happy with the results. I highly recommend them and will contact them for my next project.

I selected Floor Covering International out of 5 companies for my flooring project for 2 reasons: - Their quoted price is reasonable (not the lowest), - Their proposal also comes with web links that point to different brand of floor plank products, which allows me to easily review the planks and choose the desired color. On the first day of work, the crew (Jose father-and-son team) comes to my house on time. Both of them speak English fluently, which makes it easier to communicate. They work professionally and politely during the entire 4 working days. They always ask for permission before they need to use the bathroom or microwave oven (for heating up their lunch). When they need to use machines to remove the original hardwood floor, they also give out warnings about the noise and offer earplugs. After the project is done and I had paid in full, there is one minor unfinished modification that they promised to come back next week to finish. They keep their promise. All in all, I am happy with the flooring work done by Floor Covering International and will recommend this company to all my friends who also have the need for floor replacement.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International Mission Viejo. Justin came by our house matched our current flooring and wasted no time getting the estimate back to us. Forward a few weeks later and the crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. They finished the job the same day and the flooring looks beautiful!
