I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings on my townhouse project. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with the results. Justin, the owner, and Drew, the office manager, were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Justin really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me think through the best materials and design choices for my home. His suggestions for the hearth and stairs made a huge difference in the final result. Especially the design and trim details he incorporated into the stairs are absolutely beautiful and have become one of my favorite features of the project. The installation team was equally impressive. They were always on time, respectful of my home, and diligent in their work. Justin checked in regularly throughout the project to make sure everything was progressing smoothly, and the entire project was completed on schedule. The finished result is stunning. The new flooring has completely transformed my home, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Drew was wonderful as well. He is so kind, polite, and organized. He made the billing and payment process seamless, which helped make the entire experience completely stress-free. Overall, I felt respected, heard, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I truly enjoyed working with the Floor Coverings team and appreciated how collaborative they were in helping me make the best decisions for my home. I highly recommend this team. My only wish is that I had more floors to renovate so I could have an excuse to work with them again!

I decided not to move forward with this company after the consultation and quoting process. I was told they work with MSI, but the hardwood in my original quote was from a different supplier. I then went to MSI myself and selected a hardwood with a lower price per square foot, only to receive a higher total quote. When I asked why, I repeatedly did not receive a clear explanation from the person, only that they were different suppliers and that "sometimes it is just how things are priced." I was offered a phone call to "explore" further, but was not given a clear written breakdown of the difference. The proposals themselves also lacked transparency, with no price shown for any line item but essentially one lump sum at the bottom, making it difficult to understand the actual costs or what caused the price change. For a project of this size, transparency in professional work is important to me, and that was lacking here. I'm glad I decided not to go with this company.

We recently replace our old, worn-out stairs with luxury vinyl planks, and the results are absolutely stunning. The crew was professional, punctual, and finished the entire project in just a few days. They used flush stair nosing, which gives the staircase a sleek, high-end, modern look that seamlessly matches our downstairs flooring. The craftsmanship on the cuts and edges is flawless. It is incredibly durable, scratch-resistant and so easy to clean compared to our old. If you are on the fence about updating your staircase with vinyl, do it! Highly recommend this team for their speed and attention to detail.

Very professional and honest! New carpet installed with care! Justin's quote was very reasonable and he measured accurately without a lot of overage or waste.... Unlike another local Carpeting store that over measured by 30%!! Very genuine and good owners and staff.
