If you are looking for flooring, stop what you are doing and call Ashley. From the moment I reached out, she was professional, warm, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She came out to my studio right away, took all the measurements, and spent real time with me going through colors, brands, and options without ever making me feel rushed. When I was not sure which flooring I wanted, she made sure I got samples quickly so I could see them in the actual space before committing. That kind of thoughtfulness made all the difference. I ended up with something absolutely beautiful, and I could not be happier with the result. Ashley’s friendliness, patience, and top-notch service are the real deal. I moved into a new place with rug and got more than a few estimates to have it replaced with laminate plank. Ended up going with FCI and had an overall good experience. Everyone from their team was helpful, reasonable and responsive. The floors turned out great. Thanks for the good work!

Ashley, Kyle, and the rest of the FCI team were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, honest, polite, and helped work through multiple scheduling issues on my end when it came to our last second changes. Kyle was on-site every day to help manage the crew, and Uriel and his team started early and stayed late to ensure we finished ahead of schedule. We had a recent installation done in our condo, they worked with our schedule, gave clear instructions, and completed the job within the time frame. Prior to installation they came to our place twice to discus options and show us samples. The entire floor coverings team was great, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy. We love our new floors and would recommend FCI to anyone looking for a floor upgrade!!
