Great experience! Ashley came right in and immediately discovered our issue. She was knowledgeable and didn't mind answering ALL of our questions. From the evaluation to the quote to execution her and her team was on top of it. We went from a previous installer that mismanaged their time and had more excuses than performance. Floor International dismissed and solved all of those concerns of the stereotypical contractor. Thank you Ashley and Floor International!

We needed to get the carpeting off our stairs and replace it with hardwood matching the existing stairs pronto! No problem for Floor Coverings International. They came quickly to survey the job, provided a great bid rapidly, and got started in short order. To put it mildly, we are thrilled. Floor Coverings International communicated very well, was neat and tidy, and their workmanship is magnificent. Their staff is friendly, pleasant, responsive, and very considerate. We would highly recommend them. Can’t do better!

If you are looking for flooring, stop what you are doing and call Ashley. From the moment I reached out, she was professional, warm, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She came out to my studio right away, took all the measurements, and spent real time with me going through colors, brands, and options without ever making me feel rushed. When I was not sure which flooring I wanted, she made sure I got samples quickly so I could see them in the actual space before committing. That kind of thoughtfulness made all the difference.
