We recently redid the flooring in our den. We had reached out to a few local flooring companies. Ben from Floor Coverings International got back to me right away and I really appreciated his attentiveness. He was friendly and patient with me as I went back and forth and had a lot of questions. The entire process felt very organized, I always knew what was happening. The crew did a fantastic job, especially installing the flooring around an old stone fireplace. We are so happy with the results!! We plan to use them again for our next flooring job.

the whole team took great care of us, they were friendly and easy to work with, and they kept us updated the whole way. The installers showed up on time, did clean work, and the floors came out looking really good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring.

We used floor coverings international of Long Beach to purchase materials for our new home. They did the floors in my mom’s house and even though we live far away she said we needed to at least call Ashley. So we did. Ashley didn’t care that we live in another state she mailed us some samples overnight and gave us online resources to visualize the floor. Some companies don’t like to take a job if they can’t do the installation too, but it didn’t bother Ashley she just wanted us to be taken care of. We worked remotely to pick out a floor we liked and Ashley and her team took care of everything, making sure it was shipped to the right place, FaceTiming us to make sure we were happy when we recieved the product. Would absolutely recommend them. My mom’s a tough critic so if she says they are good I always take her word for it, and like usual she was right again when it came to working with Floor Coverings International.

Ben and the rest of the FCI team were very friendly and communicative. We had a small project and they treated us like it was their only job. Their project manager Kyle was very attentive to our needs and concerns and made us feel very comfortable. I’ll never use another company for my floor installs other than Ben and his team, and you shouldn’t either. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
