Ashley, Kyle, and the rest of the FCI team were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, honest, polite, and helped work through multiple scheduling issues on my end when it came to our last second changes. Kyle was on-site every day to help manage the crew, and Uriel and his team started early and stayed late to ensure we finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend their services to any company or household in need of flooring services.

Ashley was so wonderful to collaborate with! She gave very helpful input regarding the vast flooring choices. We were able to text her and she was very responsive. She made sure we got samples that we requested. Our floor looks fabulous! Definitely recommend!

We had a recent installation done in our condo, they worked with our schedule, gave clear instructions, and completed the job within the time frame. Prior to installation they came to our place twice to discus options and show us samples. The entire floor coverings team was great, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy. We love our new floors and would recommend FCI to anyone looking for a floor upgrade!!

FCI did an amazing job with our floors. They were very responsive from the beginning ​and worked with me on financing, and the installation itself was fantastic. The workers were communicative, worked fast, and treated our furniture and appliances with respect. The floors look great, it was wonderful value for the money.
