I had a great experience with Ashley at FCI. Even though I ultimately didn't end up using their services, she was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Ashley took the time to answer my questions and explain different options, while providing honest guidance and pricing without any pressure. I would absolutely recommend FCI to anyone looking for flooring services.

FCI did an amazing job with our floors. They were very responsive from the beginning ​and worked with me on financing, and the installation itself was fantastic. The workers were communicative, worked fast, and treated our furniture and appliances with respect. The floors look great, it was wonderful value for the money.

We had a great experience with this local flooring company! We have vintage six-finger parquet flooring, and after removing a custom cabinet we were left with a large cement gap that seemed almost impossible to match. Ashley, the owner (and our neighbor!), personally came by to assess the project and helped come up with a creative solution. They sourced other vintage wood and expertly crafted six-finger pieces that blend beautifully with our existing floor. Kyle kept us informed throughout the process, and Carlos and his crew did an excellent job with the installation and finishing. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend them!

Floor coverings international did a nice job sanding and refinishing the floors in 2 rooms and a hallway that had been botched by a previous company. Timely, efficient. Those hardwood floors look great!

I have and had a few rental properties and I always used Ashley here. Ashley was always responsive and prompt. She has solutions and options for me anytime. One of the homes, the price of hardwoods was a little out of budget, but she brought me great engineered hardwoods that looked equally great. I like that I have the same SKUs for my vinyl flooring that I get through them too. I recommend them to everyone!
