Floor Coverings International is a strong, reputable company, and they do excellent work for fair prices. Ben and his team at FCI have been GREAT to work with. Their mobile showroom is a game changer, too, bringing thousands of samples to your home or business. Additionally, they're a family-owned operation. I have come to know them personally, and trust their character implicitly. Accountable pros, and outstanding service providers. If you're looking to update your floors, you're in the right place.

Ashley and the team at Floor Coverings International were phenomenal! We had a situation where the original parquet flooring was coming up through our vinyl because whoever had done the original install hadn’t secured it properly. They walked me through my various options and were excellent at answering all my questions. I also really appreciated the transparency around pricing, especially since it feels so rare to have a company that’s not trying to squeeze you for every last dollar. They were efficient, courteous, and they did a truly amazing job— our floors look brand new and are extremely sound. I can’t say enough good things and will recommend them to everyone I know!

We had previously installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring with another contractor and within 3 days of installation, we had problems with it cracking and failing to the point that we could not safely walk barefoot in the bedroom. We called him multiple times to come out and repair which he promised to do but he basically ghosted us. We then called FCI and Ben came out, found the problem immediately and discussed our options. Their team, led by Kyle (the project manager) worked around our schedule, helped us move the heavier/bulkier pieces of furniture, removed the faulty flooring, installed the new, replaced the baseboards & cleaned up all in a half a day. Sooooo happy with the floors and the workmanship--thanks, Ben, Kyle & the FCI team !!

Exceptional service from the first point of contact, Ashley was flexible, accommodating, and provided helpful suggestions as we deliberated which flooring was right for us. There was an unparalleled level of communication as the workers and Ashley called us each step of the way to give us updates. The project started and ended as advised, and the finished product is flawless. We highly recommend FCI, 5 stars are not enough.

Floor coverings international did a great job in our condo. Ashley was super helpful in helping me decide which flooring would work best. And her crew delivered some really quality workmanship. I screened five different companies, and had them all come out and give quotes. Floor coverings international was by far the best when it came to being helpful and receptive. Highly recommended.

I had Floor Coverings International re carpet my church and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Ashley was able to bring me a wide array of samples and even took her time to digitally show me how the samples would look in the church which was extremely helpful in deciding a style and color. The installers were on time, professional and left the job site spotless when the job was completed. I’d highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone and they will definitely be doing any new flooring project I have in the future. Thank you to the whole team at F.C.I.!
