I would rate them 100 stars if I could! We were struggling with finding a replacement for our over 30-year-old kitchen/laundry room floor. The type of flooring we had is no longer made but we wanted a floor in a similar checkerboard type style which would match the aesthetic of our 70-year home. Every other flooring company that we contacted tried to talk us into something that we did not want - that is until we contacted Floor Coverings International! Ashley came out to our home and immediately understood what we were looking for! She didn't try to change our vision (as others had). She was up for the challenge and provided us with two options and many colors to choose from! We were even able to add a third color to our original plan to make our kitchen and laundry room look absolutely amazing! Kyle, our production manager, was onsite multiple times during the day of our installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly. He understood the design that we had created and made sure that the installation team understood it as well. The entire floor was installed in one day! The gentlemen installing the floor were extremely professional and were meticulous with every detail. Natalia, the office manager, made sure that all communication went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the entire process especially the end results! And the project came in under our original budget! Fantastic service, quality product and installation, competitive pricing - these folks offer it all! There is only one company that we will ever work with again for any of our flooring needs and that would be Floor Coverings International!

I had the best experience with FCI. We did a full runner on my stairs and carpeted the area under my stairs to match. It looks incredible. They guided me through all my options and after some gentle education I actually changed my choice from sisal to a gorgeous knobby wool and I couldn’t be happier with it. The instal was executed perfectly and we worked as a team to navigate exactly how we wanted everything to look as there were some tricky decisions to make with the landing. This group really gets the job done. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Lived in the same apartment for more than a decade and finally replaced the carpets. This is a family-ran establishment. The owner herself, Ashley made my experience. She came by to do an in-depth walk through, took appropriate measurements, and showed me all their options in different price points. Her and her husband are locals and started this company together. I love supporting local businesses. Speaking of locals, I also needed grout work which is outside the scope of their work, but Ashley was able to refer me to my new grout guy (shout out Mystic Dave!). Estimate is done through a software they're developing with another tech company, which is pretty new but unique? Payment was straight forward through a link (cheaper if you pay in cash / ACH). You pay 30% deposit and the rest afterwards. They are a bit pricer but reasonable for the quality of work done. They send out a team of 2 for my project. There were a couple disconnects in terms of the details communicated to the field team, like the amount of padding needed and the edges of my stairs that needed to be folded and stapled but it wasn't anything this team couldn't figure out. I am an opinionated client that expects quality, precision, and communication. All of which are points that Floor Coverings delivered. Thank you and I look forward to our next project together.

Overall happy with new floors. Had to get whole house redone as same flooring throughout. Team was accomodating with scheduling the project to ensure I had time to pack up. As new install occured install team were hard workers and amazed at how much got done within window of projected work. Even at walk through there were some minor nits i saw and they were quick to address. I appreciated the response of "they are your floors, we will do x to make sure you are happy with them". Floors look great! I am still unpacking but its been worth the effort. Would recommend.

Great experience! Ashley came right in and immediately discovered our issue. She was knowledgeable and didn't mind answering ALL of our questions. From the evaluation to the quote to execution her and her team was on top of it. We went from a previous installer that mismanaged their time and had more excuses than performance. Floor International dismissed and solved all of those concerns of the stereotypical contractor. Thank you Ashley and Floor International!

Hands down best experience I have had with a flooring company. Ashley, Kyle and the team were attentive, friendly and quick to answer any questions. My patio is now my favorite space. So so happy with it.
