The installation went extremely well and the final result was a beautiful floor. Representatives of FCI arrived before the job schedule to match stain colors and develop trim pieces at their facility. The workers assigned to the installation were top-notch and worked efficiently. The installation was completed in the allotted time. Clean-up of the area after the job was done completely. We highly recommend FCI for flooring and woodworking installations.

Floor Coverings International provided us with an exceptional experience! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who appreciates quality work, accurate cost estimates and clear communication. This high level of service began with our in-home appointment, during which all of our questions were answered and multiple floor samples were reviewed. By the end of this appointment we had a very near exact estimate of what different areas (upstairs, downstairs and staircases) would cost. Having narrowed down our finishes to a few good choices we were allowed to hold on to samples of our favorites for a few days before making our final decision. Follow up was quick without being “pushy” allowing us time to make our decision without rushing. Throughout the process we received clear communication about the timeline of our project and when to expect a call for final scheduling of our installation and signing of our contract, all of which we were able to manage via cell phone or computer. Our project was completed over a few days, requiring removal of tile from the concrete in our lower level as well as leveling of both the concrete and some upper level sub-flooring prior to installing our new flooring. Before any of this leveling work, and later when faced with a “tricky area” surrounding our fireplace occurred, the workers both explained and demonstrated to us what was needed and what they intended to do, communicating clearly throughout the process to ensure we were happy with our installation and had no “surprise” costs. They also managed to safely move a number of large furniture pieces around their work areas without incident. These guys were pros! We are exceptionally happy with the work completed by Floor Coverings International. Having multiple levels of flooring updated at once makes it feel like we're walking into a new home again. Having lived here for 17 years and with no plans to move anytime soon we will now get to enjoy this “new home feeling” for years to come. Thank you, Chris

Patricia and the entire team at Floor Coverings International were absolutely amazing! After a major leak from my 2nd floor caused significant damage to both levels of my home, they stepped in and did a phenomenal job. On the 1st floor, they perfectly matched the existing flooring so everything looks seamless. On the 2nd floor, they installed all new flooring and even fixed the strange humps we had by leveling the plywood subfloor. Their crew was incredibly clean, professional, and worked impressively fast. My house looks better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
