We had carpet installed before we moved into our new house. Joe texted with us outside normal business hours, worked with us to find convenient times to come show us samples, and had his carpet installers work with the people who were doing other work at our house as well. The schedules got messed up, by no fault of Joe, but his people were professional and worked to get the carpet done in time for us to move in on time.

As a first time homeowner and having to deal with unexpected renovations, I was thoroughly pleased with Floor Coverings International! Joe, the owner, truly cares about the quality of his work and making sure his customers are satisfied. We had laminate floors installed in our kitchen and there were some issues that we did not necessarily anticipate. However, the additional cost was not terrible and the crew truly cared about making sure the job was done right! Our whole experience with them truly showed me the character of the owner and the company he is building. 10/10 recommend working with them!
