Excellent service throughout the whole process of carpeting just about my whole home. Joe’s introduction to the company, their quality products of which were many choices was excellent.Bruno, his sons and nephew were meticulous , proficient as they lay the carpet, explaining every step and answering any of my questions with thorough explanations. I am overwhelmed with the beauty of their job.i highly recommend this company.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Joe from Flooring Coverings International. From the very beginning, Joe was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted, explain my options, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Gary did the installation and absolutely knocked it out of the park. His attention to detail was amazing. There was a corner piece that got damaged during transportation and it was ordered and replaced the following day after a holiday weekend. With the service, you could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of his work. He was professional, respectful of my home, and made sure everything looked perfect before he finished. What really stood out to me was that Joe took his time out of his day to check on the installation when everything was finished. It’s difficult to find people who are dependable, respectful, and proud of their work. The floors turned out better than we expected and completely changed the look and feel of our 50-year home. My family is extremely happy with the result and would recommend Joe and Flooring Covers International without hesitation. If you’re looking for great service, quality work, and people you can trust in your home, these are your guys. 10/10 experience!

We chose FCI to install hardfloor in our 2nd floor hallway and office room. Joe and his crew did an excellent job, they helped us to select the best option for our house and their advice paid off. Once we made our choice, the installation was quick and accurate and the floor looks gorgeous! It really works with our aesthetic. The value was really good for the price, too. We shopped around before we chose this company. FCI gave us a very competitive rate compared to others and based on our experience, we would definitely recommend them!

I am thrilled I hired this business! They were responsive, followed up on appointments, gave a price and stuck with it! The people that helped were so nice, professional, cleaned up after where you wouldn't know they were there! All I needed was laminate repair and they took care of it quickly and efficiently! They were on time, honest, and nice! I can't recommend them enough!
