I found them to be very professional and responsive with detailed proposals and prompt communication. As a realtor, they have become my go to source for all things flooring.

Dave made several trips out to try to match my flooring which was torn up due to water damage. He's knowledgeable and helpful; made the details easy for me to understand. His co-worker, Luree, was extremely understanding about my situation, which was complicated because I was so picky. And the installer, Sam, and his partner did a meticulous job in putting down the final product. They showed me areas of concern; we talked about how to resolve them — and I am over the moon happy with the results. Would use them again in a flash! And the cherry on top is that their pricing was reasonable; I had shopped several other places, so I knew the range. Wonderful experience for us.

Luree and David were very responsive, attentive to our requirements and acted as good partners without being pushy. The work was done well and they accommodate changes and delays on our side gracefully.

We recently had a large family room and stairs done by Floor Coverings International. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Dave perfectly matched the new wood with existing wood in other rooms. All of our dealings with him were prompt and professional. Luree provided outstanding customer service, and Sam and the installation team were efficient and professional, providing us with a beautiful end result. I highly recommend this company!

I did not use FCIEB. I selected a different company because they were the first to respond. I have nothing good or bad to say about FRCIEB.
