Quality products, both carpets and hardwood. Their customer service is excellent. Everyone from office staff to the owner to the installers. All kept us up to date on scheduling and installation. I would definitely recommend them

Lee came out to my home in regards to replacing a portion of my pad under my carpet, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make suggestions to help me save my money rather than going through the expense of replacing the pad. He went above and beyond to help me looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend him and his company as he has the utmost integrity. Thank you Lee for your help! I would definitely hire him for carpet and flooring in the future.

Floor Coverings International installed new carpet in our upstairs. We got top quality, high end carpet for the same price as a medium grade carpet from other stores. The installation was done quickly and neatly. It looks great. No problems whatsoever and a great price. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I researched many different floor installers over an 8 month period. Floor Coverings International East Bay was the last place that bid on our project and we could not have been happier. A friend recommended them and told us we would not be disappointed. We originally were just having hardwood floors installed, but their prices were so good, we decided to replace the carpeting as well. Our sales person, Steve, catered to our every need, Terry, our project manager, made himself available whenever we needed him, and Tim, our installer, worked on our home like it was his own. Tim worked long hours and made sure every detail was perfect, we could not thank him enough for all his hard work. If I had to make one complaint, I would have to say that their demolition guy could use a little more training on minimizing the dust created by removing tile and old hardwood. This is a very small complaint as we were well prepared for this. Overall, Floor Coverings International East Bay completed our project in a timely manner and within a reasonable budget. We cannot wait to remodel our bathrooms and have Floor Coverings International East Bay handle the flooring. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Great Job!
