recently had my hardwood floors replaced by Floor Coverings International East Bay, and I couldn't be happier with the results. David Samuelson was my flooring consultant, and his knowledge, professionalism, and guidance throughout the selection process made choosing the right hardwood flooring easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect flooring for my home. Once I approved the project, David's installation crew completed the entire job in just one week. Their workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail, precision, and quality. The finished floors look beautiful, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. THIS IS WALNUT CREEK, NOT PLEASANTON!!! I have to start out with saying how lucky I was to make a phone call at almost 9pm one night and Asit M picked it up to my surprise. I was looking for new carpets to be installed. Floor Coverings International came through! The installers were on time and careful and polite and hard working. Amazing work ethic. Integrity, humble, and best characteristic of a business - not greedy. I called simply to replace my 3 out of 22 stair noses. They could have up sold me for their own interest with new floors for my stairs, noses, and plus plus plus. Instead, I was asked to send a picture of my stairs, was guided to where I could find similar noses, and equally get connected with their installer to call me in assist installing those noses. What else can a Jack ask for? Jack$*i1 Thank you so much. You are a gem in our community.
