We worked with the old owners to install our floor about three years ago -- all of a sudden we started seeing separation in the hallway this last week and reached out to see what our options might be Jeff was super responsive, professional and had Ismael out today to make the repairs! Can't thank them enough for honoring and redoing work from the previous owner. Customers for life.

Your company could do with a sales person or representative more qualified. Maybe post that you don't work with landlords. Not just assume landlords just want lowest price & are only interested in the lowest price & lowest quality

I am so happy with my new floors and overall experience. I worked with Chris, and he was very accommodating to my needs and (super quick) schedule. Carlos was the installer and he was prompt, courteous, and did a beautiful job. When the job was going to take slightly longer than we thought due to some unforseen issues, everyone was flexible and communication was great.

Connor and Jeff were very professional. Connor was very patient with all of my questions. Choosing the right material for our needs that would last, was very important to me and we went through quite a few options. There was a hiccup in installation timing, but I expect life to have hiccups. What matters is that they communicated daily, explained everything, didn’t hide or ghost me. Material was delayed and that was that. Once it arrived, install only took two days and everything was very professionally done, with special attention to corners and trying to work without any transitions between rooms. I am very pleased and would recommend them for their honesty, fair prices, and communication throughout the process.

When I called FCI they not only picked up the phone immediately but the rep Chris was able to visit the same day. He gave us a great selection and great price. Our floors were installed within a week and they are flawless. The install team was in and out in 2 days and moved all the furniture. I’d recommend them a million times over.
