I initially contacted Floor Coverings International to replace the carpet in my home with new carpet, but after doing some research and speaking with Sammy, we decided to convert multiple rooms to luxury vinyl plank (LVP) instead--and I'm so glad we did!The selection of LVP they offered was excellent, and the in-home consultation was quick, convenient, and informative. Sammy helped guide the decision-making process without any pressure, and he was able to meet a strict deadline without compromising quality.His installation team did a fantastic job, especially given the tight timeline. The materials used were exactly what we chose, and the end result turned out even better than we hoped.I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any flooring project--professional, prompt, and top-notch quality from start to finish.

I unfortunately have to leave this. They have been harrassing me for a full week, 7days, of constant phone calls, voicemails and text messages. Yesterday, 10/09/24 they contacted me 14 times not including texts. I advised them they have the wrong person yesterday that guy was apologetic and showed me the LEAD they paid for. And said he would take me off. So we were cool. Today I've been contact 6 times and once by text. Just beware they won't quit even when informed of the wrong information. Today text convo it felt like the guy Mark was trying to convince me of being another person. One google search I found the persons number. So they DO NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE. Becareful

I had Carpet installed two rooms and LVP installed into the rest of the home over my existing tile worked out great other companies said they couldn't do it but this company did and did a great job.

It has been a pleasure working with Sammy & Floor Coverings International. We LOVE our new floors! From the consult through scheduling, etc, it was a breeze to work with the team. My favorite part is that I didn't have to be home during install and was able to trust them at my home and with my cat & 2 pups! We have had a wonderful experience and I have already recommended them to friends and family.
