FCI of Old Town Scottsdale really came through for us! One of our rental homes was recently left in seriously distressed condition following a long-term renter moving out. We had a lot to do and not a lot of time. Tracy met us at the house the very next morning to assess and take some measurements. Two days later, he came back with flooring samples. While he had an entire van full of samples available for us to peruse, he brought in just a few at first - including good, better, best options - based on what he thought would work well in the house. We really liked his recommendations and ended up choosing from what he brought in on the first try (this also really helped us with decision fatigue with all of the other issues we were dealing with while restoring the house). His team removed all of our existing flooring and baseboards and installed LVP, carpet and new baseboards throughout the house. They were friendly, professional and eager to exceed our expectations. They completed the project quickly and to our satisfaction. They left the house clean and ready to show. We really appreciated the ease and convenience of working with them - it made a very stressful time less so. I highly recommend Tracy and team and we look forward to working with FCI of Old Town Scottsdale again at our other properties.

"Working with Floor Coverings International of Scottsdale was a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the initial consultation all the way through the final walkthrough, their team was professional, thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable. The quality of their products is top-tier, and the attention to detail throughout the project was impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or clients looking for quality flooring solutions!"

I love my new carpet! The installation went very well. The installers were on time and courteous - making sure I was satisfied along the way. I chose a patterned wool carpet which is not a simple installation and it looks amazing! I thought the job would take a long time and my entire day would be consumed. The team was efficient and I was surprised at how quick the demo and install went. I wish I did not wait so long to get this done. It makes all the difference in my home! Great team and great experience!

This is a review based on their driver today. In Tempe, Guadalupe and Rural. Going east on Guadalupe, there is a school zone with bright flashing lights that tell you the speed limit is 35mph. Because it is a ✨️school zone✨️. I was doing the speed limit. 35mph. Ya know, in the school zone. This van was way behind me. They caught up with me and then passed me. I caught back up to them at the light, because speeding rarely does anything except get you to a red light faster. Woot!!! I also have this on my dashcam. People driving company vehicles are representing the company. You shouldn't be driving like a maniac or speeding in school zones. It isn't that difficult.

Tracy Snelling brought several samples of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring to my hone. With his help a decision was made and he supervised the demo of existing tile and the professional install of the new luxury plank vinyl flooring throughout my home. The crew also installed new 5 inch high base boards and end caps. What a big beautiful difference! I am very pleased with the results! I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs!

Tracy showed us many samples of beautiful wool carpeting, and also met us at a store where additional samples were shown to us. Very thorough and Tracy answered our questions.
