Tracy, originally from Scarsdale, New York, relocated to Phoenix in 1990 and has been an active member of the Arizona community for over 35 years. During his college years, he spent summers working with his brother-in-law, as a general contractor, building large custom homes along Florida's Gulf Coast.
Tracy is married and the proud father of three adult children, who currently reside in Florida, Rhode Island, and San Francisco. He lives in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix and is an active member of the Arizona Country Club, where he enjoys playing pickleball.
