Bryan and his team were nothing short of AMAZING! I have used larger well known companies in the past for home projects and experienced total chaos and disappointment but decided to go with a smaller business this time and my expectations were EXCEEDED!! From the initial consultation with Bryan himself, along with continued informative communication along the way, I must say it was refreshing to experience. Bryan’s team showed up promptly as scheduled and maintained nothing but pure professionalism the entire time. They were thorough and effective, cleaned up after themselves and might I add, complimentary moved all furniture necessary and replaced things exactly as they were! The job was completed in a matter of hours! One of the best experiences we have received and that means ALOT! Would highly recommend!!!!

Working with Bryan and his team to update my flooring through Floor Coverings International (North Phoenix, AZ) was a surprisingly simple and positive experience. Bryan wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with my choice. He was very patient as I weighed the pros and cons of different choices and he helped me determine what would best fit within my budget. I did not feel pressured or rushed, simply supported in the process. The team that he sent out to do the work was exceptional. I felt very comfortable leaving my home for them to do the work and they, too, wanted to make sure that they did things to my liking. I now have beautiful flooring that was reasonably priced. The process for financing and getting the actual work done was seamless. I would highly recommend them to anybody interested in updating their flooring.

Recently went to the Home Show at West World to talk to flooring companies regarding a small job master bathroom/closet remodel we are doing. We spoke to a number of companies and had four of them come give us quotes. We decided upon Floor Coverings International because Bryan was the least high-pressure salesperson at the Home Show, personally was the one to come quote the job, business had good reviews and we just felt this company was best for us. Boy were we spot on in hiring Floor Coverings International. We were told it was a one-day job, which we were skeptical of since all tile had to be removed first. Not only did our job get done in one day, it was done PERFECTLY . All tile and underneath thinset was removed and subfloor checked for cracks. They installed a moisture barrier underlayment under our beautiful new luxury vinyl. The baseboard miter cuts are precise and clean, most notably on the rounded corners. Just an overall perfect job. Great thanks to Bryan for taking our job, and Juan and Juan for doing a perfect job! Could not be more pleased with how our master bathroom and closet are looking now that the flooring is in!

Great company. The entire house had to have new floors. The original was 30 years old and totally outdated. I bought the house in August but hated the floors. Now I have a beautiful home I love. Thanks Bryan and all of your amazing crew.
