It was truly a pleasure working with Alan and Floor Coverings International of Mesa on carpeting most of our basement. Their in-home consultation model was incredibly convenient. Alan brought the showroom to our door, helped us explore options, and took the time to understand what would work best for our space and needs. From the very beginning, Alan stood out. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, checked in regularly, and even followed up in person. His pricing was fair, the discovery process was thorough, and the installation was completed on schedule, exceeding expectations. His team of installers was professional, efficient, and did a flawless job. The carpet looks amazing: no visible seams, immaculate work, and they left the space spotless. Alan also went above and beyond by connecting me with a tile cleaner and a handyman, who turned out to be excellent and ended up helping with other projects in the home. I was so impressed that I referred Alan to my real estate agent, and he even made her a personalized video introduction—just another example of his professionalism and follow-through. I really appreciate locally owned and operated businesses and Floor Coverings International of Mesa delivers the perfect combination of personal service with vast product selection. The experience was night and day compared to big-box stores. Highly recommend Alan and his team!

Floor Coverings International just installed our new pad & carpet today! The quality of the job is terrific. It looks so good! Best of all, Alan Jones & his team went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the transaction from beginning to end. Special thanks to Nora for coordinating the job, and to Christian & Tony for the professional install. They were quick & efficient. Also an above & beyond thank you to Todd Vickman from Vickman Family Floor Care. We wanted our ceramic tile cleaned prior to the new carpet install & he came out the next day & the tile looks immaculate! He's a very nice guy and his price was extremely reasonable too! We had the best experience getting our new carpet! Mark Hart was a fantastic sales rep and really listened to us and helped us pick a great carpet and pad that we are so happy with. It feels amazing to walk on! Tony and Christian the carpet installers worked so so hard all day long and had great customer service and made sure we were happy with all the work they had done. Mark came by during the install to check progress and after the install to make sure we were pleased and we are definitely pleased. We have used this company twice now and will for sure use them again for our next flooring needs in the future. Very happy customer here!

First, I'd like to say how great our rep, Mark, is. We originally got a quote from this company a couple of years ago (from a different rep) and we weren't ready at that time to make the investment. However, new floors for our upstairs had been on our mind for a long time. We didn't know that ownership had changed over the course of when we received our original quote. As luck would have it, Mark reached out to touch base on our original quote to see if we were still interested. I let him know the price was higher than we had expected to spend and he offered to come give us a new quote. Mark was helpful in the sense of being creative with what we wanted and keeping costs within range of our budget by offering different flooring types etc. We ultimately went with vinyl plank flooring on our stairs, hallway and loft area and carpet in the bedrooms. He save us about 40% from the original quote. Mark is extremely patient, kind and listens to the customers wants. The company has been great under new ownership and we LOVE our floors! They did an excellent job and start to finish took 3 days. Kudos to them! Also, we love our stairs with the white risers, it gives them a more modern look without being too modern. Thanks again for doing an excellent job and delivering on quality and price. We highly recommend this company if you are looking for new flooring! Don't be afraid to ask questions about different materials etc. It worked for us! :)
