I unfortunately have to leave this. They have been harrassing me for a full week, 7days, of constant phone calls, voicemails and text messages. Yesterday, 10/09/24 they contacted me 14 times not including texts. I advised them they have the wrong person yesterday that guy was apologetic and showed me the LEAD they paid for. And said he would take me off. So we were cool. Today I've been contact 6 times and once by text. Just beware they won't quit even when informed of the wrong information. Today text convo it felt like the guy Mark was trying to convince me of being another person. One google search I found the persons number. So they DO NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE. Becareful. A LOT More can be aired out. I have documentation of everything. Only thing I didn't do was record the actual interaction during phone calls. I do now have most of them blocked, as of 1:10pm PST.

Floor Coverings installed my porcelain tile floors in December. The work was completed on time and beautifully installed. The tiles are level with not a "toe-kicker" anywhere. There were two tiles with tiny factory defects (white baked in color splotches) and Kris had those two removed and replaced! The workmen were absolute professionals. Kris is one of those rare business owners who takes the trouble to come and check the work to make sure everything is good.

Floor Coverings international was super awesome to work with. Kris and Lismeri were always on top of things. They always communicated with us no matter if we had a million questions, they always responded with so much patience and were always willing to go above and beyond. Their team did a great job with putting out new floors, baseboards, backsplash in our kitchen, and also renovating our guest bathroom. They left everything very clean and provided a great service during their time at our house. Would truly recommend this company if you're looking to do some renovations!!

I hired Floor Coverings International Mesa to install new flooring in my entire 1200 square foot home. I was really pleased with the home consultation and sales service. I wasn't sure what kind of floors I wanted and the representative was helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The entire installation plus base boards was completed in 2 days (Friday and Saturday). I didn't have to move my furniture and the crew was super professional. I am in love with the new floors. If I knew it would make my home feel brand new, I would have done it wayyyy sooner. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Mesa. They are professional, not pushy, and make your home feel brand new. UPDATE: I had water damage to my home in Feb 2022 and the restoration company had to rip out parts my new vinyl plank floors to expose the extent of the damage. :( Once that part was mitigated, I called Kris again at Floor Coverings International Mesa. She was quick to ensure she could find the same material and repair my floors for me. She repaired flooring matches the original perfectly and I paid a very reasonable price for the work. I appreciate Kris so much for helping me through one of those stressful times of being a homeowner. I can't recommend Kris and this flooring company enough.

The purchase was made, then my spouse got sick. Kris and her team worked with us and made us feel like family members were doing the flooring. We postponed installation for months, Kris came to occasionally check on us, and reassured us that getting healthy was he priority. We got it all scheduled, and she and her team were all done in a week while we got a house full of flooring and baseboards. I am so glad we worked with her!

Kris and Mario were fantastic. We're not only really happy with our floors, but with the service they provided as well. They put down ceramic tile throughout half of our house. The price quoted was substantially less expensive than the others I received. When the tile I ordered was delayed, Kris and Mario both jumped through a lot of hoops to find enough of the same tile locally to keep the job on schedule - which they totally didn't have to do, but they never hesitated. The communication was great, and we knew what to expect at every step. While tearing out the old flooring and putting in new tile is a messy process, they did a great job at cleaning up after themselves day-to-day plus a thorough cleaning at the end of the job. I'd highly recommend them for your next flooring job.
