Alan showed up to see the install and make a promo vidro, so my new flooring is a star! And Noelle, besides previous visits, showed up to ensure the install was done to my satisfaction, and even helped move furniture back as I was partially laid up. It was amazing to see the two installers do everything in 6 hours or less, it was a lot of work

They followed up several times with me and were probably the only flooring company that was kind, took their time explaining flooring. They also mentioned they’d price match, so after i interviewed a few companies, i chose to use FCI because their customer service was far better than anywhere else and they worked with me to find the right price for our rental. I love that this branch is family owned, it made the choice easy as a family person!

Awesome products and service. Had an unexpected surprise (which can happen when you remove 20 year old carpeting) which resulted in some unexpected remediation. But they flexed to what needed to be done at minimal expense and got us taken care of. We are very happy with the installation and are planning on having Alan and his crew finish the rest of our home in the very near future.

This company came as a referral from friends as we were trying to find a good company to replace a led carpet in our house. Alan was fantastic from start to finish helping us pick the best carpet solution and was very quick to respond when we had questions and inquired about initial measurements. Loved that we didn’t need to pay for someone just come out and give us an estimate to try and lock us in for the job like other companies. Install was great and the workers did a really nice job with execution and cleanup. We would definitely recommend Alan and this company to anyone looking for any flooring needs!
