Alan and his crew were very professional and prompt. Alan came out to my house the day after I phoned to provide me with samples. He actually ordered additional samples that arrived on my door step. It was one of those samples that was chosen for my two bedrooms floors that matched my living room and dining room laminate that was put down by another company several years ago. Great experience with this company from start to finish. Replaced badly installed carpeting in three rooms and had a magnificent team of installers. Alan Jones, company owner of FCI Carpeting came to measure and help select the carpeting of choice. The date was set and we awaited the new carpeting. Installation was perfect in every way and the installers moved our furniture and retuned after installation was complete. We only had to empty closets and drawers in each room. They were done in a few hours after laying new padding and carpeting. Nora, the office manager coordinated everything with expertise and followed up each step of the way. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The men that came to install the floors were courteous, worked efficiently and seemed to be masters at their craft. The installation and clean up went smoothly we are just so very pleased. I highly recommend this company. They communicated well with us throughout the entire process.

Had almost all of our old worn out carpet replaced with LVP and new baseboards in the entire house. From start to finish this has been the easiest home improvement project we have done. Alan was amazing to work with. He saw the project through from start to finish. Freddie's team who did the install did a wonderful job! They really blew me away with some of their creative solutions for the baseboards in lower areas (see photos). My only wish is that we did this earlier! It was so easy and low stress and beautiful! Thanks again.

I contracted a multi phase , multi material remodel with Floor Coverings International. It included a complex pattern tile installation, waterproof laminate , wood look flooring, and a complete remodel of the master bathroom. Mark Hart has the patience of a saint. To say I'm particular would be a complete understatement. He listened to my concerns and helped me choose all the correct materials. Without Mark, I would have never gotten the flooring and new bathroom of my dreams. He checked in , almost daily, and kept the projects moving in a positive direction. Leo, the tile installer is an absolute artist. I have never seen such precise , complex , creative work. Although the job took five months, it was well worth it. I can not recommend Floor Coverings International in Mesa highly enough.
