We met with Alan, who was very kind, professional, and not overbearing at all. The entire process wasn’t stressful in any way. Alan took the measurements, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated throughout the whole project. Our floors turned out incredibly beautiful—we absolutely love how they look. I could not have had a better experience! Literally you don't need to go anywhere else for your floors. Alan was my second bid for my stairs project. He had them quoted, ordered, and installed before my other guy even reached back out to me to give me a quote. They're super professional. Really easy to work with. Installers were so sweet. And even though he had some big jobs coming up , and I was just a little stairs job, he made me feel like my project was equally as important and bent over backwards to make my project happen in time for my painters to come! Truly cannot recommend them enough. Plus he gave me some really great recommendations for other work that I need to have done, and those are turning out to be just fantastic.

Noelle was great with helping me choose the right carpet for high traffic areas in my bedroom without upselling. Didn’t take long to choose the carpet and closet flooring. The 2 guys installed in one day and cleaned it up moved furniture and had me inspect it before they left. I would recommend them to friends. Fair pricing too!

We recently had new flooring installed in several areas of our home. We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings intl of Mesa. We received excellent customer service, responsive to our needs, excellent pricing high quality installation. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

The job was done well, it looks nice,straight and put together, the only complaint I have is that we verbally agreed to have a similar color put in, but instead it was a diffrent color. Other than that it was done well.
