"I am above-and-beyond impressed with Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities, and more specifically, with Spencer. My husband and I were looking to purchase flooring for a large space that we planned to install ourselves. The flooring needed to withstand three large dogs, be easy to clean, and still look beautiful in the space. Spencer was incredibly patient throughout the process. He gave us space to browse products while ensuring we understood the pros and cons of each flooring type. Despite our limited budget, Spencer worked with us and provided pricing for several options. We ultimately chose an Inhaus herringbone product that can be challenging to install. "Flooring Coverings International did a fantastic job for us. We brought them in to fix several areas of our LVP flooring that were starting to come up. This wasn’t their fault at all—the original installers clearly did a horrible job, which caused all the problems we were seeing. From the start, Eric was great to work with. He was responsive, explained what was going on with our floors, and made sure everything was scheduled and handled professionally. The crew was respectful of our home and worked quickly without cutting corners. As they got into the project, they kept running into issues left behind by the previous installers, but instead of just patching things up and leaving, they took the time to do it right. They even came back a second day to make sure everything was properly fixed and that we were happy with the results.
