This is why we stayed local! Great experience every step of the way! Clear communication, beautiful product and the customer service was unbeatable. Extra big thank you to James and John for your expertise, the floors are exactly what we wanted.

I'm not a person that typically submits reviews but felt compelled to in this case. James/Tom and the Team at Floor Coverings International here in Flagstaff offered a depth of experience to guide me through the color and material choices. When "surprises" were discovered such as my slab floor being uneven, they brought this to my attention and after discussing it with their experts, decided on the right solution before tile could be installed. The skill and professionalism not only of James and Tom, but the tile and carpet installation teams were exceptional. A clear reflection of the culture established by solid leadership. I know that should I have need of any flooring services in the future, I will be contacting Floor Coverings International.

We got pretty bamboozled here. We came in asking for LVP, which we were told they don’t sell LVP. We instead went with an expensive laminate which is not holding up. Come to find out by searching through the other reviews here, they do indeed sell LVP. Do your research around town first. Since I can’t respond to their reply, no, this was not meant for another location. Tom, your salesperson, told us he doesn’t sell LVP. Update: The owner reached out - zero remorse. Don’t get fooled like we did. There are better flooring places in town.

We recently used Floor Coverings International for carpet replacement in our rental property and had a great experience overall. Communication was solid throughout the process, the work was completed on time, and the new carpet looks great. The overall experience was very good, and we would definitely recommend them to others.

Floor Coverings International did an AMAZING job on our catio at High Country Humane! They were timely, professional, communicative & informative, and the work they did really made the difference in our renovation of the space. The ceramic tile they installed has made the catio such a beautiful & enriching space for not only the cats and kittens, but our staff & volunteers as well. I can’t recommend the team at FCI enough!

We had a great experience with floor coverings. Tom was very knowledgeable of carpet and padding types and patient with our journey to finding the right color and type. Once we settled on those decisions the install happened within two weeks. Jarrod, the installer, was awesome. Worked hard, was personable, and did an outstanding job. Everything came out better than we expected.

A fantastic locally owned business that Flagstaff is lucky to have. Incredibly helpful staff, great showroom, and wide selection for finish flooring & tile.
