Our family highly recommends Floor Coverings International. From the very start Erin helped us through the process of choosing a flooring that was best for our family. She was very patient and kind, always providing the best customer service. She was very quick at getting back to any questions or concerns that came up along the way and made this project a lot less stressful for us. Erin would also go out of her way to drop/ pick up samples from our house since we have such a busy schedule. Their Luxury Vinyl is what we ended up choosing and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Pablo and his team worked so efficiently putting the flooring in. They completed our house within a very quick time period and provided high quality work. The flooring and the baseboards came out beautifully and better than we could have imagined. We will definitely be going through this company again for future projects on our home. We trust them and their team. They have great integrity and are a wonderful company!

I worked with Deb to help repair part of my carpet in my closet after my carpet was flooded with water. Deb worked with me to help and get the job done. She is so nice. This is a great company to work with.

My main contact was with Debra. I've dealt with them once before. This time I needed the carpeting replaced at a rental property. She is punctual, ready, and easy to deal with. She arrived at the site on time with plenty of carpet samples taking her time, not rushing through. I found her to be tireless, pleasant, competent, and easy to work with. She went way out of her way to find what I was looking for. Her communication throughout the entire job was impressive. The Installation was done in a proffetional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend her work to others.

We love the quality of our carpet and the installers were awesome! We were disappointed that the sales reps promised an install date that was not possible. They avoided our phone calls and texts when they knew the date could not be met.

No glue under some floor tiles in the bathroom. Hollow and makes noise when you walk on it with shoes and one tile is cut short and does not go under the baseboard that they installed. I had to make out 2 different check business names. Contact is in Elegant Bath and remodel but had to make checks out to G-Squared Design and another one to Flooring International LLC.

Use them for an individual tile replacement job. Workmanship was satisfactory, but not great. But they were the lowest bidder for the job.

Our new showers are gorgeous. The installers were very respectful and detailed. There were a couple of problems that were resolved in the best manner and we are very happy. Only 4stars cause we are still waiting for our shower rods which were back ordered.

Called twice and left voicemail with my contact info. Never received a callback... Moved on to another highly rated company that responded. $12K carpet job and they can't be bothered to call back
