No glue under some floor tiles in the bathroom. Hollow and makes noise when you walk on it with shoes and one tile is cut short and does not go under the baseboard that they installed. I had to make out 2 different check business names. Contact is in Elegant Bath and remodel but had to make checks out to G-Squared Design and another one to Flooring International LLC.

Use them for an individual tile replacement job. Workmanship was satisfactory, but not great. But they were the lowest bidder for the job.

Our new showers are gorgeous. The installers were very respectful and detailed. There were a couple of problems that were resolved in the best manner and we are very happy. Only 4stars cause we are still waiting for our shower rods which were back ordered.

Called twice and left voicemail with my contact info. Never received a callback... Moved on to another highly rated company that responded. $12K carpet job and they can't be bothered to call back

So many options to choose from! Owner, Deb Difisser, was very helpful before the project and called after to make sure we were happy. The installers were so talented and efficient. We used Floor Coverings International to do a pretty small job, tiling the closet under our closet. We called around to several places, but the job was too small for everyone, with a set minimum price. But not for Floor Coverings International. They even agreed to a better price. Very happy with the results, they did a great job and would use them again for sure!

So happy we chose Floor Coverings (Elegant Bath and Design) for our bathroom projects. They gave excellent design ideas that made the project perfect! We transformed the contractor grade shower/tub into a spa like walk in shower. Their communication, pricing and project timeline exceeded our expectations. The installers were very detail oriented, scalloping the LVP flooring to match the scalloped edged of our tile. LOVE the ramping in order to match the LVP to the height of the tile with no need for a transition strip. 941 sq ft finished in less than 3 days, removing the carpet, demoing thefront tile foyer, & moving lots of HEAVY furniture. PHENOMENAL!! And, the price was amazing, to boot!!
