opened the gate of my private yard to leave their card. they are lucky my dog didn’t come out of the house and attack them. (wish she would have) but they had the audacity to leave out gate unlatched so our dog could have escaped. if that would have happened i would have hunted them down. definitely don’t recommend floor coverings international and will not be using them. if their attention to detail is this bad i definitely don't want them doing my floors.

We love our flooring that was installed by Floor Coverings International!! I began the process interviewing several companies and when I met Abel I knew that I had found the company I wanted to work with. I have to disclose that the first day was a mess but once we contacted Able and his supervisor they were quick to get everything running smoothly. Carlos and his team came in and finish the project in a few days. They were very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. Thanks, Tami

I can't say enough about the top notch customer service we received. The whole project was smooth and seamless. We chose our flooring and a few weeks later the project was complete. The communication was amazing. The crew installing the flooring was professional and meticulous. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. We will definitely be using them again in the near future!

I was very impressed by the sale to product presentation to install. The flooring was a great value and the total change it creates. Abel was in contact whether in-person or phone from the starting installation to the finish. Can say enough about a his great demeanor. His crew especially Carlos was qualified installer. Floor coverings International did a wonder full job in my bathroom. They built a sub floor and laid tile. Great price and very quick work. I would recommend! And use then again.
