The Arizona native and father of two spends most of his free time cheering on his girls at various Volleyball and Cheer competitions throughout the Valley.

At Elegant Bath and our sister company Floor Coverings International, he leads our commercial business where we specialize in transforming commercial spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Jennie is someone who genuinely enjoys diving into new challenges and adapting on the fly, especially in environments that are always evolving and sparking innovation. Jennie loves transforming visions into reality. She takes pride in guiding and supporting others and is driven and self-motivated in managing her success and customer satisfaction for every customer.

As Design Consultant, Dannis focused on turning his customers’ dreams into reality by helping them create the perfect bathroom. Dan is both creative and detail-oriented, builds incredible rapport with his customers, and loves to educate customers with the latest in bath design solutions. When not transforming people’s homes, you might find Dan on the golf course.

Scott is our production manager for our larger custom projects, expertly guiding our installation crews. His leadership is characterized by an unwavering focus on every detail, ensuring that every aspect of a project is executed with precision. Scott is dedicated to customer satisfaction, actively listening to clients’ needs and visions. Scott has a strong faith, is active in his church, and was a board member, and a Football and Golf coach for Valley Christian High School.

Chloe is the cornerstone of our back-office operations, serving as the warm and professional first point of contact for our valued clients. Currently furthering her education at Arizona State University (ASU), Chloe skillfully balances her work and academic commitments. She has an athletic background as a distinguished hockey player, notably her selection for the National 2018 USA Hockey Girls Player Development Team.

Anthony J. Peterson is your second contact with FCI Downtown Chicago. He is a beaming ray of positivity, bringing light-heartedness, good vibes, and an eye for interior design to the team. Anthony went directly into sales after graduating from high school. His background is in rooftop solar, where he was a Top 3 sales rep for regional sales for 14 consecutive months at 19 years of age. He was a former traveling hockey player for 8 years, he is a Skill Level 7 (out of 7) ranked pro with American Poolplayers Association, and an aerial photographer / videographer. With a keen eye for interior design, his favorite type of flooring is a wide-format red oak with a coffee or mahogany stain, and Princeton baseboards to match. Anthony will be helping take your personal preferences, and turning them into seasoned design choices with our Mobile Flooring Showroom®.

Andrea Ricardez, originally from Mexico City, is a devoted mother of two and a passionate advocate for art, beauty, and community. With a background in computer engineering, Andrea has cultivated a diverse entrepreneurial career. From founding a plus-size ladies apparel company to managing properties and offering image consultancy services, her ventures reflect her dynamic spirit and commitment to excellence.

An avid cat lover, Andrea finds solace in painting with watercolors and indulging in the art of calligraphy. Her love for creativity extends to her role in assisting others, where she finds joy in helping people discover the perfect flooring solutions for their needs.

Driven by her desire to give back to the community, Andrea initiated the MomSOS initiative, bridging the gap between business owners and the communities they serve. Through this endeavor, she aims to foster connections and support networks that empower individuals and businesses alike.

Charles St. Clair and his wife Michelle opened Floor Coverings International Louisville East in 2021. Charles has a passion for helping customers find the flooring they love at a price they can afford. He was drawn to the business because of the unique business model which makes floor shopping easy by bringing the flooring store to his customers. Charles and his wife have lived in Louisville since 1999. Prior to opening FCI Louisville East, Charles worked for Yum! Brands/KFC for 20+ years.
