We recently had flooring installed throughout our living room, dining room, stairs, and bedroom, including the removal of our existing carpet, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Joe, was extremely professional, respectful, and transparent throughout the entire process. From the initial quote to the completion of the project, he communicated clearly, kept us updated on progress, and made sure we understood every step. During the installation, we discovered that some additional floor leveling and subfloor work was needed. Joe was upfront about the additional costs, explained the work in detail, and always communicated pricing before moving forward. The finished floors look beautiful! The transitions between rooms and the stairs are seamless, and the overall quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. We are extremely satisfied with both the experience and the final results. We would absolutely work with Joe and his team again for any future flooring needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and honest communication!"

"My husband and I had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International! From start to finish the project ran smooth and we were kept updated about what was being done. One great thing about the company is that in addition to flooring they can also paint, install backsplashes and do small handyman jobs - they are your one stop shop! They did all those things for us. It was so nice to just coordinate with one company for all the work we needed done. Heather was so helpful with our interior design questions. Scott - project manager - is simply the best! He answered all our questions on a daily basis and kept the project on track. Before we moved in the home had some water damage happen and who did I call to help me? You guessed it - Floor Coverings International - the team was back within the same week as the damage and they were able to get everything repaired and we were able to move in on time. Over the course of the project we definitely became friends with the team and that is so cool! They are a local Tega Cay business so I know we will see them around town. "I recently had the team at Floor Coverings International help replace a portion of my floor that was damaged from a water leak. We did not have any of the old floor leftover and had purchased new floor that matched cosmetically but did not fit together with the old floor. The FCI team was super helpful in working with me to devise a new plan that would allow us to use the new floor on the damaged areas and make it fit alongside the old floor so we did not have to do a full replacement. I am thrilled with the result. The team was courteous, professional, and very thorough in their work. They also ensured the area was thorougly cleaned after which I very much appreciated. "What an exceptional experience we had with Randy this morning! We have beautiful hardwood floors in our home which is just 7 years old. However, the flooring in an upstairs bedroom was warping (called "cupping" per Randy) and we needed an assessment of cause and how to fix it. Randy carefully analyzed the floor, took moisture measurements, and explained potential sources of moisture. Final recommendation was to allow the floor to "rest" during the cooler winter months to see if cupping relaxes on its own. If not, in the Spring we can consider alternatives to fixing it. We were impressed by how thorough he was as well as his recommendation to "wait and see". We were concerned about someone coming in and seeing an opportunity for a quick, expensive sale. Not the case with Randy and his company. Bravo!!"
