They are very comparable to other flooring companies in town. The difference is they supplied SERVICES like bringing samples out to make sure my choice would match. They called ahead of time to schedule the appointments for installation and they did my entire bedroom, including moving furniture in and out of the room within four hours. The sales rep was very accommodating and the men that came out to do the actual work. we’re very polite and worked diligently. To get the job done

Total Pros! Excellent sales rep [Dallas McC], customer service, front & back office, clear communications and did what the said they were going to do on schedule. César & his crew are efficient experienced strong knowledgeable highly-skilled and fast moving. Altho each installer on the crew can do all of the tasks, César takes care of the seaming and much of the finish work. 1100sqft (LR, 3 BR&closets + Hall) done in ~4hrs Also the crew has a good time: they are always finding something to chuckle about. As an extra bonus - if U play 🎶cumbia, musica latino🎶 while they work you may get the added attraction of some excellent singing & dancing. I did. Altho I thought that's is how they tested their carpet installation. Thank you FCI for a job well done - Highly Recommend.

That is an interesting response considering the fact that you called me the morning after I left my review. I really do not want to go into every single detail of our experience with FCI. I feel as though my star rating is fair, and I think that you know that. I will just say that I would not recommend this company for large tile installation projects. The main areas where I feel we were let down are as follows: -Lack of appropriate steps taken to protect our possessions with plastic masking. -Lack of proactive communication when initial installation was sub par. -Lack of appropriate clean up. (grout left on door frames) -Lack of attention to detail in the tile installation. While it is better than the initial installation was panning out to be, there are still some areas of concern including places where there simply isn't any grout. I was given sanded caulk to fix these issues myself. Not really something I would expect when paying over $20,000 for my project. -Discoloration of the grout throughout. Some areas are clearly gray while others are the brown color that I chose. This company has a policy where you pay 50% down and then the final 50% is due only when you are completely satisfied. However, you will be "politely" rushed to pay that last 50% even if the job is not to your liking. Truly, when the project is only expected to take two weeks but your family ends up being displaced for over a month, there comes a point when you pretty much just have to accept the work as is in order to move on with your life.

I had my flooring installed by this company and the whole experience genuinely impressed me. They were professional from day one and made sure I always knew what was happening by giving me updates every single day. What stood out most was how seriously they took the details — even after the installation was finished, they came back and fixed every small imperfection I pointed out without making me feel like I was asking too much. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work. They went above and beyond for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

From beginning to end Mike and Rob were exceptional! Mike came out to the house to measure and brought so many samples to look at so we could start with the right product/price with the quote. They were great the day of demo/install and met with us with the contractor to put a plan together, which was really nice. The also checked in at the end of the first day for progress. What was supposed to take three days was only two which was so nice! We highly recommend Floor Covering International of NWA!!

Very satisfying experience we had with Floor Coverings International of Northwest Arkansas. We live in Eureka Springs, with is an hour away from their store. Others carpet stores wouldn't come that far. We also live in a historic home, on the historic loop, and our carpet needs were much different than the usual customer. I explained this to Rob, Blinn, the owner, and he worked with me to find a carpet that I was thrilled with. We were looking for something that had a vintage look about it, like it may have been in a Victorian hotel in the early 1900s. This was very hard to find, but he worked with us. We couldn't be happier. His carpet layers were professional, paid attention to details, and worked very hard. Our home was built in 1904, and there were imperfections in the subfloor from settling/additions in the past. His crew were able to camouflage these imperfections well. Carpet One, came and saw the same imperfections, and said we would have to hire a carpenter to fix that before they would work on it. This would have been another expense, and more time waiting, which we didn't want. The carpet layers were able to handle the situation well. The imperfection area is in the photos, and it is almost impossible to tell where it is! I highly recommend this company to install flooring for you. Rob came out in the morning when the carpet layers arrived, and he was in contact with us during the installation to see if we were satisfied. He also contacted us at the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied. Though we had no problems, I had the feeling that IF we did, he would have dealt with them right away. The prices were fair. We feel very satisfied, and feel that hiring this team, was the best decision for getting quality carpeting in our historic home. Starting at the foyer, they installed carpeting up the first floor stairs, the second floor landings and hallway, and all the way up to the third floor, and the third floor landing.

Love our new floors! Mike and his entire were dreams to work with. They were able to come out a day earlier than scheduled, which worked out perfectly with our schedules. And they penciled in two days to do the tear out of our old carpeting, rout out the bottom of our stone fireplace to lay the wood laminate we chose under the stone, and install the wood product in our dining room, living room, and hallway, and the carpeting in our two bedrooms upstairs in one day!
