I was told they could do showers. They hired an outside contractor to build it. I paid half up front. They said it would take 2 weeks. 4 weeks later they had to tear it out because it was done so poorly. They even screwed my pocket door into the drywall rendering it useless and ruined. They hired their “A” guy and he re-did the shower 4 weeks later it looks about the same as the first time it was done. Rob told me he has already lost too much money on this job. He came out to do a final inspection. I showed him how bad it was. He agreed that there was much to be desired. He then said he needed the other half of the payment before he would leave my house. I paid him. After he left I put on the shower head and handle. Turned it on and realized that my hot and cold lines inside the wall are plumbed wrong and I have to tear into the wall to make them right. Could not be more displeased with this entire situation. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I discovered FCI at a home show in Rogers. We round up buying carpet for one bedroom and a rug for our living room. Ronaldo and his crew did a great job installing the carpet we ordered and arrived at our house on time. I would definitely consider buying from FCI again.

I usually don’t do google reviews but I couldn’t help myself with this one. Absolute incredible work and very impressed. Rob, the owner was really professional and had our absolute best interest at heart throughout the whole process. Very quick to get on the schedule and our entire floor in our 2000 sq ft home was completed in one day and the work his crew did was incredible. We love our new floors and cannot recommend Floor Coverings International enough!

Very professional, quick work, and made it so easy to have our carpet stretching service done. They moved all furniture for us and replaced it exactly, as if they were never there! Highly recommend!
