Review of Installation LVP (Living Room and Master Bedroom - August 19-20, 2026) I cannot say enough about how pleased are with our choice of using Floor Coverings International (FCI) after doing our due diligence in contacting seven (7) other flooring companies between Mobile, AL to Pensacola, FL. We chose FCI for three main reasons: 1) Who they HIRE: DANIEL-Quoted our Flooring - He is not only a great representative of FCI but we felt assured with his assessment of our needs, the quality of the LVP and how the installation would be done. Additionally, his follow through is impeccable and he answers his phone on all calls I made to him. Then, there were the professional, quiet, hardworking Installers OCTAVIO & KEINER and their scheduler BERTO was always was quick to get back to me and answered his phone on all my calls as we arranged the installation date and any questions I had during the project; 2) IN-HOUSE INSTALLERS: Note as we called around to the seven other flooring companies...the biggest out-sourced their installation and the smaller ones did their own installation BUT, here's the third reason; 3) For qualified clients they offer ZERO PERCENT (0%) FINANCING for 24 MONTHS! We called others and either they did not offer it or they we limited to three clients a year through their bank to offer it and those clients were chosen based on need and project cost. So, can I just let anyone know in Baldwin County, Mobile County or Pensacola, FL surrounding areas...you do not need to contact anyone else...just use FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL... We ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WORK THEY DID ON OUR FLOORS and are SATISFIED THAT THE PRICE WE PAID WAS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. Yes, it is an investment going from carpet to LVP and we waited eleven (11) years to even call anyone to come out and give us quotes. Once we get this job paid off, we are going to get the rest of the home done by FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL. BTW, Flooring Coverings International, Can we still get the $500 off a future installation since our job was $5,000+ (an email that was sent to us on 8/20/26)? Very happy client! The first photo shows what our floor looked like before—yellow vinyl sheet on the left and the new planks in the right. The second picture is what you see now when you walk in our front door. The 3-man crew was very efficient and did a great job. They helped move everything and helped put everything back. The job was expected to take 3-4 days, but they were finished in 2 days.

The wood for the flooring took a week to order and I was notified on a Thursday. Once it was in stock, I was able to get it installed the following Monday, and the crew did an exceptional job which included moving the bedroom furniture.
