Payton started helping me after I had gone to Lowe’s and had a very poor experience. He was absolutely on top of everything from the beginning. I had been looking for flooring for over a year, told him what I was looking for, and he brought a sample in that was Exactly what I had wanted from the beginning. John and Grek, the installers, could not have been more helpful and polite and did an amazing job! I would hire them for anything anytime if I could. Overall, the experience was seamless and I had been so frustrated with the other companies I tried to work with so this changed my whole outlook on getting new floors! I would not use anybody else in the future if I have other projects.

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings Internation of Birmingham from start to finish. They came out promptly to provide a free quote and brought a solid selection of carpet samples, which made the decision process easy and convenient. What really stood out was their efficiency and reliability. After the initial visit, they scheduled the installation for the following week and showed up exactly as promised. The entire job was completed in just one day, and the quality of the installation was excellent

It's very unfortunate for one employee to ruin an entire job. My elderly parents 80 and 83 years old. Sold an piece of property and had some extra money so they wanted new floors. We all sat down and looked at multiple flooring companies and came across FCI. I did extensive research and decided this was a good place to spend our money, After the carpet was laid one of the workers, Alex, came back to the job alone. He said he left something in my mothers bedroom, went in there for a few minutes and came out with nothing and hurried out the front door. We immediately checked the bedroom because this threw up lots of red flags and we found he had taken close to $200k in gold, jewel's and one $95k ring. So all of our family heirlooms where taken by the carpet layer. - FCI has been zero help in resolving this matter - I would not let one employee from this company in my home. Now my mother cries her self to sleep and is in deep depression because of this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Their employees cannot be trusted.

Conner did a great job laying out the project for us and helping us pick out a great product. Payton helped everything run smoothly and was in constant contact with us throughout the process. John/Grek were very professional and diligent laying the LVP flooring and when we had a concern they addressed it immediately. Curtis did a fantastic job with the tile. Our floors look great and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team!

From start to finish, process was easy and communication was excellent. Even though my job was a small one, Patrick and Payton got the consult and scheduling done in a very timely manor. Javier installed carpet and made sure I was satisfied, and he really went above and beyond cleaning up any bits of carpet or pad left on our foyer and stairs from the process. Had other workers in the past that I had to come behind and clean up after, so that little detail is very appreciated. Will definitely be calling them back when I’m ready to do two more bedrooms.

From start to finish, the entire process went exactly as described. Selecting our finish options through to project completion was completely seamless. The installation day featured true white-glove service, and once everything was done, the team left the space looking as though we had never been disturbed—everything was put back perfectly. Payton kept me updated throughout the whole process with clear, timely communication. I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.
