I had the pleasure of working with Patrick and Payton on retiling my shower. They responded to all questions promptly and kept me updated on the status and timeline of their work. Jefferson laid the tile once it arrived; it looks wonderful and sealed perfectly. I no longer have the waterproofing issues I had before redoing my shower. I would recommend them to anyone in need of new flooring or tiling.

I highly recommend FCI for your flooring needs. My husband and I met Connor (owner) and Melana (designer) at the Birmingham Home Show in early 2026. They were super nice, helpful, and the cost of the work was lower than competitors! Though the cost was lower, the quality was outstanding. Payton, the project manager, is great about scheduling and communicating, and Jorge and Jose did an excellent installation. In addition to having FCI install our hardwoods, we've scheduled them to do the tiling in our bathroom. Will post pictures of that when it's finished!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with Floor Coverings International!! From start to finish they were respectful, upfront, and honest. The flooring arrived quickly and they were able to get the floor installed the same week and only took 1 day to complete! Excellent costumer service all around. We will be telling everyone we know who needs flooring to use FCI.

Recently had vinyl wood plank flooring installed in basement. Pricing was reasonable and installation was efficient and professionally done. Would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.

Payton started helping me after I had gone to Lowe’s and had a very poor experience. He was absolutely on top of everything from the beginning. I had been looking for flooring for over a year, told him what I was looking for, and he brought a sample in that was Exactly what I had wanted from the beginning. John and Grek, the installers, could not have been more helpful and polite and did an amazing job! I would hire them for anything anytime if I could. Overall, the experience was seamless and I had been so frustrated with the other companies I tried to work with so this changed my whole outlook on getting new floors! I would not use anybody else in the future if I have other projects.

They came out promptly to provide a free quote and brought a solid selection of carpet samples, which made the decision process easy and convenient. What really stood out was their efficiency and reliability. After the initial visit, they scheduled the installation for the following week and showed up exactly as promised.
