Floor Coverings International of Birmingham came to our place within a couple of days of us initially calling, gave us a fair and reasonable quote, and then started the project less than a week later. Their guys were on time and professional and finished the overall project (even after finding a few hiccups) in 2 days! And the quality of work is amazing as well! I would definitely recommend them!!

Peyton and entire crew were fantastic! We ripped up our raggedy carpet from years ago and replaced it with almond oak laminate. Wish we’d had this company our first go around. From the consult to install, superb customer service!! I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend you choose this company! Here’s the before and after. Major difference. Couldn’t be happier!!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! From the initial measurements and choosing flooring, Patrick made the process very easy. Once we placed our order, our floors were installed within a week! Peyton and his team John and Greg did a great job with the install! They were professional, communicative, and completed our flooring within a day. The house looks refreshed and brighter with the new floors and we are thrilled! I’d highly recommend them for flooring needs!

John and Grek did an incredible job installing my engineered hardwood! They were on time when showing up and were extremely fast completing the work. I could not be happier with the job they did. Also Payton the PM was very professional in handling the process and is a great dude to strike up a conversation with. All in all, 10/10 work and will more than likely use them again.

We loved our experience with Floor Coverings International of Birmingham. The current floors in our house are discontinued so we worked with Conner to find a good match. Payton and Curtis were very easy to work with on the installation portion. We were able to talk directly to each person during each part of the process and they were able to accommodate our crazy work schedules. Everything came out better than we could have imagined! After living in our home for almost 20 years, we finally decided it was time to have our hardwood floors refinished. Between raising three children and two dogs—and knowing the previous owners had three boys and three dogs as well—this project was long overdue. We chose Floor Coverings International of Birmingham, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly reliable. Every worker and installer showed up exactly when they said they would, which gave us so much peace of mind. Since we had never been through this process before, I had plenty of questions, and Lindsay and Payton were both outstanding. He was transparent, patient, and consistently responsive—often getting back to me within minutes, even outside of regular business hours. That level of customer care is rare and so appreciated. The installation crew was equally impressive. Nacho, who led the team, was professional, skilled, and respectful of our home throughout the project. Their attention to detail was obvious in every step. The final result exceeded our expectations. Our floors are absolutely beautiful, and it genuinely feels like we’re living in a brand‑new home.
