I wanted to come back (almost 3 years) after our install and just brag on how well our floors have held up. FCI completely ripped up the old hardwoods and put down our Luxury Vinyl. After having 3 sets of hardwoods replaced due to water damage over the years, we were ready for something new. Not only did they do a fabulous job, it has held up amazingly well, no scratches, bubbling, or any issues whatsoever. People always comment on how beautiful they are. They installed a sound barrier below the floors and it is so quiet walking on them, even upstairs, it is amazing. We did have one issue with a threshold popping up, but we called and they came right out and fixed it, no issues since. The team was super nice and I refer everyone I know needing flooring to them. No regrets, all good, which is hard to be able to say this day and age about a company.

This is the second time Floor Coverings International has done a job for us, and once again the finished product was stellar. I especially want to thank Payton who was very accessible via text or phone when I had any questions or requests for the job. This company wants the customer to be completely satisfied, and we are!

Floor Coverings International did an excellent job from the moment they came to look at the job and submit a quote all the way through floor prep and installation of the LVT and VCT. The job looks perfect, they kept the job site clean and their price was very reasonable. I will absolutely use them again in the future for any of my flooring work.

FCI installed hardwoods in our bedroom recently and we couldn’t be happier. They did excellent work, showed up on time, the crew was friendly, and they left the area spotless! This is the second area of flooring they’ve done for us and we are happy to recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Covering International of Alabama from start to finish. Conner helped us pick the best material for our home. Just finished 3 small projects - 3 different kinds of floors replaced. We are so pleased. The products are high quality; the workmanship very professional; and the process stayed very neat. They coordinated well with our decorator, too. We highly recommend!!!!
