I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent, everything happened exactly when they said it would, and the quality of the flooring exceeded my expectations. Connor was especially great to work with—he was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure every question was answered along the way. It’s hard to find companies that make a project this simple. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!

Overall we are happy with our dealings with this company. The flooring is perfect, the installation crew were first class. The only fly in the ointment was the sales end of things. The salesman, who is no longer working for FCI, didn’t recognize that the tile under the carpet was asbestos so when the installation crew showed up and saw the problem we had to do some things to fix the situation. The short version is we had to hire another contractor to remove the tiles before we could get the new flooring installed. That was another $4K. I insisted on an itemized invoice which was a very good decision because we would have been charged approximately $2K for services that were not needed. I would use this company again because of the quality of their products and their installation crew but would definitely pay very close attention to what you are paying for. Ask for itemized proposal.

I shopped around with a handful of flooring providers and this company was the only one that could get the job done right and without charging me an arm and a leg to do it. They were professional from start to finish and did exactly what they said they'd do. I cannot recommend them enough and will only be calling them next time I need some flooring.
