The entire process with FCI was excellent, and I am very thankful for a beautiful job well done! Conner and Payton were very communicative prepping for the process and providing updates along the way. They answered a ton of my questions (before, during, and after) and made me feel at ease ensuring I understood what was going on and when. I felt confident choosing this team for my home project. John and Grek were absolute rockstars handling the demolition and installation of my new floors! They are extremely trustworthy and friendly. This was a great experience, and it feels like a whole new home! Thank you, Floor Coverings!!

FCI was chosen to install pre-finished solid hardwood floors in four second floor bedrooms. From the design/sales process to installation, this company is professional and highly recommended. They will be hired again in the future to refinish the entire first floor hardwood floors. Many thanks to Conner, Payton, Jorge and Jesus!! Their attention to detail during the installation was phenomenal and cleanup was wonderful…no cleaning required on my part.

As the DIY basement flooring project started to get the better of us, we used Angi to post for help. Within a few minutes Floor Coverings International had called. The next morning we had an estimate. And at 4 days the project had been completed. Obviously the materials were on hand and the layout begun. Javier was incredible. Arrived on time, did excellent worked, cleaned up and asked if we had any questions. So relieved that the plank flooring is down! Now onto step 2 of the project.

We bought a 1955 house… but the floors needed much love! I contacted Floor Coverings International for a quote.. the in-home appointment was quickly established and went well. We decided to go with FCI. Our project manager was Peyton. He was very intentional with his efforts and information helping me to understand the process. He was knowledgeable and shared key components of the process that I would need to know for it to be successful. The job was completed in the expected time! The floors are beautiful and I would recommend Peyton at Floor Coverings International.
