"I only needed a special order item for a home repair to our hardwood floors. I called the manufacturer to get the part number and they gave me the numbers of a couple of distributors as they do not sell direct. The first one that I contacted told me that they couldn't get the part that I needed! I next called Floor Coverings International. It was late in the day and they did not pick up. Surprisingly, my phone rang a couple of minutes later! It was FCI calling me back. I explained what I needed and had a quote the next day. I placed the order and the item was delivered the next day! I was notified by text of the status of my order and kept up to date. Exceptional customer service, especially considering that this was a very small order from a new customer and that another distributor didn't want to be bothered with it!"

"I was introduced to Floor Coverings International by my contractor when I remodeled my kitchen. They install my new flooring in the kitchen and living room. They did a great job. I love my new floors so much so that I hired them to redo my basement floors and steps. Once again, my floors came out gorgeous! Recently, I had John come out to look at and discuss how to make the transitions from the different flooring and entrance into the bathroom safer for my husband who has Parkinson's and relies on a rollator.
