Overall not a great experience there’s so much rudeness in their response but but that being said theres such a nice lady which is compassionate and super kind Madisson - The only reason I will gove them five stars - To the owner you have the room to improve the experience. Your employees need to learn from Madission what customer service is.

Sales person was great to deal With and we got a fair deal on that. However we had issues with a couple seems immediately after install and they have been IMPOSSIBLE to work with. We finally had a date set to come out and attempt to fix them months after our concerns were shared, took the day off work to accommodate their schedule and they stood us up! Emails to the owner have also gone with no response. Highly disappointed. Will be looking elsewhere to replace our carpets.

I worked Jamie recently and she was helpful, thoughtful, super knowledgeable and professional. My family and neighbours are amazed by how the floors turned out. Highly recommend!

Great costumer service! I personally don't know much about flooring and what goes into installing a new one, but Chris did an amazing job. Did not rush the job and even went out of his way to come during Canada day to make sure the job was done right! Great attention to detail.

There were a couple bumps along the way including mismatch of hardwood. Jamie was exceptional to deal with. She is very patient and will work with you to make sure the job is done right. She took care of any issues I have despite being a demanding customer. Thanks Jamie.

Laura Englund from FCI has been a dream to work with. Really knows their product lines & quickly helped us narrow down good options. Then came to our home & gave us great advice on which products & colors worked best. And we're VERY HAPPY with the resulting installation. Laura's a true professional! P.S.
