My experience with Floor Coverings International was excellent. They kept me in the loop by text message and I always got a response when asking questions. The flooring came in 12 business days after the order date, keeping in mind that they have no control over trucking timelines, this was amazing and worked with our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Top notch business!! The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a Design Associate, Jamie! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener! I had all of the flooring measurement, as their website was very helpful preparing me for might initial appointment. Jamie directed me to a beautiful carpet that met all my needs. She took the time, while I was there, to create a quote. There was no pressure, and I went on to research 2 other flooring stores ! Neither one came close to the experience I had at International Flooring. The day of our installation, we met Serkan and his assistant. The were professional, and did a top notch installation !! Couldn’t be happier! THANK YOU International flooring!

Amazing experience with the team and I would like to thank everyone Jamie who was very nice and helpful with picking out samples . Ian was very polite and incredibly hardworking . The guys who installed was great our flooring looks stunning. Everything is perfect. . I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring.

Jamie Lang at FCI was simply amazing to work with on our bathroom tile project. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she's patient and friendly. I would strongly recommend her to anyone and hope to deal with her on some other projects. Thank you so much Jamie!! Also, a big thanks to FCI's tile installer Alex. He and Terance showed up on time every day, did an amazing job, was meticulous and left a clean beautiful finished project. Thank you!

Overall not a great experience there’s so much rudeness in their response but but that being said theres such a nice lady which is compassionate and super kind Madisson - The only reason I will gove them five stars - To the owner you have the room to improve the experience. Your employees need to learn from Madission what customer service is.

Sales person was great to deal With and we got a fair deal on that. However we had issues with a couple seems immediately after install and they have been IMPOSSIBLE to work with. We finally had a date set to come out and attempt to fix them months after our concerns were shared, took the day off work to accommodate their schedule and they stood us up! Emails to the owner have also gone with no response. Highly disappointed. Will be looking elsewhere to replace our carpets.
