I asked them to come out and give us an estimate for hardwood. Two very nice women show up with samples. They supplied the estimate and the materials cost was much higher than the completion. I told them that and all of a sudden they matched the material price of other flooring stores. Why did I have to ask ? Seems to me they should have offered their best price from the beginning. As it was their labour cost was many times higher than others so declined their offer outright. Do your homework and get several estimates. The differences in pricing to get flooring installed is ridiculous.

We are a cynical society. So when a retailer makes a promise, we're conditioned to be skeptical. However, there's no such need when dealing with Floor Coverings International. ... We were told our new carpet was stain-resistant. So when it exhibited stains we could not remove they responded by advocating on our behalf to the manufacturer. The result? The whole carpet -- an entire floor -- was replaced. Expeditiously and graciously. Try that with a big-box store and I'd be very skeptical. (In addition to earning our trust, FCI's selection is EXEMPLARY. Be it carpet, hardwood, laminate, whatever. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with them.)

It was what they said it was. It came when they said it would. No hidden charges . Sales ppl go out of there way to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be going back...

Super impressed with my custom order. I had an oversized multi angled area rug done and it looks awesome. Great service great pricing and professional through and through! Highly recommend. Years ago I also got my hardwood from these folks and it still looks great even with 2 big dogs here. Great place!

We recently had our carpets changed out in our lower level as well as 2 sets of stairs. The 2 gentlemen that came in to do the work, were very courteous and professional. They completed all the work, then vacuumed the areas to ensure everything was cleaned up from their job. We absolutely love our new carpets. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. This is the 2nd time we have used this company.
