My wife and I are expecting a baby and wanted to get a runner on our hardwood stairs. We couldn't be happier choosing Floor Coverings International to do the job. We were able to go online and view samples on their website and from other manufacturers as well. The owner, Jonathan, then ordered and sent the samples over to us so that we could see how they would look in our own home which helped make the decision so much easier. Once we decided on a carpet, Jonathan gave us a quote right away and his price was much better than the other flooring stores we visited. Their installers are very professional and got it done right away. We love our runner and have been recommending FCI to our family and friends!

The only company I would use from this point forward is Floor Coverings International. Jon and his team were very knowledgeable, friendly and did a fantastic job! We had finished our bedroom years ago and his team was able to extend the job out into the hallway which was flawless. It looks like it was all done on one go. They were very reliable and on time. We are so happy with the final product and will recommend and use them in the future.

Jonathan, Paul and his team were true professionals in helping me fix the entire flooring (laminate) of my townhouse as a result of a flood. They were friendly, hospitable and took pride in making sure the new floors (vinyl) were perfect. Their team replaced my entire flooring in one day. I’m attaching some before and after pics to give you a sense of how great of a job they did. From working with Jonathan and Paul, and their contractors that repaired the floor and the other related work, I can attest that this is a premier company in the industry and you should have no doubts working with them. Truly a remarkable job and team. I highly recommend them. I’m a very tough situation I was in with the flood, they were true professionals and kind and honest all the way through the process. Great service. Paul was awesome communicator to show us different tiles and select the one we liked. After selecting they were fast in installing. They also suggested proper grout color that ended up more beautiful than expected. And they offered extra tiles for future maintenance. I would recommend them for your tiling work.
