I cannot say enough good things about Floor Coverings International Flooring! After a recent renovation, they exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Paul Sadlyk, the production coordinator, went above and beyond for me. He came to my home multiple times with samples until we found the exact look I was hoping for. In fact, they custom-made this floor strictly for my project. Fabrication took 2-3 weeks, and the floor was installed in 2 days! Paul’s dedication and communication throughout the process made everything stress-free. The installer, Jessica, was second to none. Her attention to detail, precision, and workmanship were absolutely fabulous—the finished floor looks incredible. Special thanks as well to Jonathan Frydman (President) for his hands-on support throughout the project. It is rare to find a company that delivers this level of custom craftsmanship, speed, and customer care. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for top-tier flooring and exceptional service!

We worked with Paul on our basement flooring and had a great experience. We have an old home and encountered some challenges that Paul helped us work through. He also recommended flooring that perfectly matched some existing hardwood we had in the hallway. Would highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and his team at Floor Coverings International. We put all brand new wool carpet on the upstairs, as well as gorgeous oak Herringbone in the primary bedroom and office. We also installed all brand new gorgeous carpeting in the basement. What REALLY stood out was the level of service that Jonathan and his team (Paul) brought to the table. Their communication was 18 out of 10, so polite, prompt and knowledgable! IF you are considering new flooring, I would prioritize working with Jonathan and his team to get the support during what can be a very daunting process. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jonathan and his team for your next project. You will not be disappointed.

I had my condo floors redone, originally I had parkette flooring and had high end vinyl placed on top, I did have friends say that wasn't a great idea but to have the present floor sanded and varnished I would have had to move out and so would my cat, plus all the closets would have to be emptied and then the place would need a deep cleaning afterwards. I had met the team from Floor Coverings at the home show before Covid and took their pamphlet not thinking that I would need them, but decided to phone, the team, Jonathan and Paul came out, evaluated we set a date, I decided to go with a more of a high end Vinyl which was the best decision I could make and the two fellows that did the flooring were amazing, they finished my condo in 3.5 days, I had living room, dining room, hallway and three bedrooms done along with them redoing my 2 stairs to my sunk in living room, they also moved my furniture including taking my bed apart and putting it back together better than it was, after the 3.5 days, I had ordered a painter through the company who came in and re painted my baseboards as the originals ones were wooden and also had him paint my doors and doorframes. Again amazing and above and beyond, my place looks great, brand new and was only a fraction of the dust, the painter did the painting in 4 days and I spent half the day cleaning and my place is back to the original with such fabulous flooring, I can only recommend to get your floors done with this company. It is well worth it. Enclosed are the before and after pictures taken. As stated, I highly recommend this company, my girlfriend a floor above is getting work done and my girlfriend from Barrie has also used this company. Thank you so much. Cheers - Petra Riemer

I had a really positive experience with Floor Coverings International. They were contracted through my home insurance claim and made the whole process very easy. Communication was excellent, and they always kept me informed about when they would be coming. They also identified that my concrete floor needed levelling before the flooring could be installed and took care of it properly. I was able to find an almost perfect match to my existing flooring, and they did a beautiful job with the installation. Everyone I dealt with was professional, respectful, and pleasant. I’m very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend them!

We had to put tiles for the wet bar section of the basement. We are very happy with the work and it has uplifted the look. Will definitely recommend their services.
