Jonathan, Paul and the entire team at Floor Coverings International Vaughan delivered outstanding service from start to finish. They met with me in person within days of my initial contact, brought a great range of samples, and walked me through options and pricing in a way that was clear and transparent. As soon as the carpeting arrived, they promptly booked the installation date. The team completed the carpet removal and installation in a single day and did an impeccable job replacing carpeting on two stairways and a main level after my tenant had treated the property very poorly. The quality of work and professionalism were top-notch. I cannot recommend them enough—5 stars +++.

We used this company to replace carpeting in our basement and hardwood flooring in our main floor. The products arrived on schedule and were installed in a timely fashion. The work crews were professional and respectful. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until the end of the day or the job was completed. Would highly recommend Paul and his team.
