After Jean-Luc’s many years of experience as a store manager in retail, he combined his passion and experience in customer satisfaction towards FCI, eager to continue doing what he loves by embarking on his own entrepreneurship journey. Jean-Luc carries a positive and “happy to help” attitude, going the extra mile to ensure his clients are content and their needs are met at all times.
He loves making genuine connections and being social. This helps him learn more about others with transparency and empathy to find the best ways to assist his community members. James opened FCI Kitchener-Waterloo in 2024 with his son Jean-Luc. While James previously applied his degree from the University of Waterloo to help transform enterprises as an IT and business consultant, he’s now working with Jean-Luc to leverage his experience in home renovation to help transform homes in the Waterloo region. James takes pride in personally engaging with flooring clients, and comprehensively addressing their flooring and design needs while providing valuable education and guidance along the way.
