We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International! Larry was fantastic from start to finish—he was our point of contact and did an amazing job organizing and coordinating the entire project. Zak, the installer, was equally impressive. His workmanship was excellent, and he was professional, meticulous, and clearly took pride in his work. The whole process was smooth, well organized, and the finished carpet looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Larry, Zak, and the team at Floor Coverings International!

Larry and his team were excellent! We had them remove the old carpet in the house we bought and install beautiful Canadian-made new carpet on the stairs and all upstairs. The team only took a day and the results are wonderful! Thanks!

Larry’s thoughtful questions led a very effective sales process, and we’re loving the product. It has had a dog running on it for 5 months now and looks just as good as the day it was installed. Highly recommend!

Great quality carpet - and they bring the samples to you to choose in your home. That was a big convenience. Zac and his colleague were great installers - polite, on time and did a good job. My stairs have never looked so nice.

We are happy with new carpets on hallway and stairs. Larry was great to work with. He listened to what my preferences were and brought carpet samples into our house. I quickly chose the texture and colour. The baseboards were installed nicely. Carpet installers Zac and Alex were outstanding, very personable, quickly and efficiently ripped up old carpet and installed new underpad and carpet. They did a great job cutting around the oak spindles. We would definitely recommend FCI for installation of carpeting. It was a stress free experience.

Working with Floor Coverings International of Barrie was a very positive experience. Larry and his team are professional floor experts . Larry helped me find the right product for my needs. He was patient while I choose just the right colour for my home. The installation team lead by Pablo was patient and answered all my questions. From preparing the floor, to clean up. The final result brought me much joy. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Before and after photos Rex approved as well!

From the start it was a great experience and very glad to have contacted Floor Coverings International. We were able to have a in-home free quote appointment very quickly after initial reaching out to them. Larry was absolutely great, explaining the challenges that were posed by our flooring, which led us to decide on carpeting in the basement instead of vinyl planks. There was no pushing of products, instead explanation what the different options and costs associated with them were. The team that came out were professional, courteous and friendly and had the job done which seemed in almost no time. It was a pleasant surprise that they had reached out again after the job was completed to set another appointment to double check on the work that was done, and if anything had to be adjusted etc. Larry again was absolutely great, and provided valuable feedback on care and maintenance of the product. We went with a Canadian product/company, and it looks absolutely fantastic, making the basement look like a completely different room. For any future flooring projects we would definitely reach out to this team again. Thank you Larry, Anne and Team for a great experience!

Prompt, great quality, all in all fantastic service. Larry brought the flooring samples into our shop, found out what we wanted exactly. A few days later they showed up and installed a beautiful new vinyl flooring in our shop. Couldn't be happier!! 10/10 job
